  • I got the chance to visit one of the Quanah Parker Trail Arrow markers in the heart of what once was Comancheria. I then was able to shoot my Comanche short bow that I made on the very plains where the Comanche hunted buffalo. If you love Texas history I think you will enjoy this video. Comanche history is fascinating to me, I am not claiming to be an expert, just nerding out on the Staked Plains. Enjoy!

I really liked this video. Very historical. Just a little constructive criticism though.... I once ran my own business and while at one my customers homes, he was at home over the phone salesman, I noticed a sticky note on his moniter that reminded him to not say "umm" or "uhh". And it really struck a chord with me, because I was running my own business and sales was everything. Then some years later when I went back to school I took a public speaking and interpersonal communications class and having already almost eliminating "uhh" and "umm" from my vernacular I performed very well in those classes. It's better to give a 2 or 3 second pause before starting your next sentence instead of filling it with "uhh" or "umm". Like I said, great video, and I'm just trying to help you look more professional in your videos. Keep up the good work.

Hey, Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement and feedback. Yes, I know and I notice it as well. I need to be more intentional about not saying "umm" and "uhh" -Greg

@@gregcraycroft2342 When I was working trade shows I scripted dialog with small and quick responses for customers that I would rehearse just to avoid that conundrum. It's an incredibly powerful communication tool when you can remain eye contact with your customers whilst not using "uhh" or "umm". I hope this helps you. Be well and keep making videos, friendo.
