    I love your workouts for the days I need a break from running. In general, I would love more detailed guidance on what to look for in terms of form in each of your moves/exercises. I don’t know much about form so would like more cues to understand the purpose of the moves, what muscles I am working/feeling, and what to watch out for on improper form. I want to have a more complete understanding of what each move should feel like and work. I love your encouragement, enthusiasm, purpose and faith. Thank you for making these workouts free or low-cost!

    OMG…I don’t normally love AMRAP workouts because I feel too rushed and my form suffers, but this was perfect. Easy basic moves, but felt so good! Killed it again!!

    Thank you so much for the timer on the screen. I know you always say "your pace your tempo" as a social person I always just want to keep up with you and Rachel but today I was gy slower since I was using heavy weights and I wanted to prioritize good form.

    I did this today instead of following the workout plan. It was tough and sweaty and I needed the repetition of it after a rough week. Y’all bring sunshine and encouragement every time and I’m so grateful I found you a year ago! I’ve grown so much in mental toughness and physical strength. Thanks for all your hard work. I believe it makes more difference in people’s lives than you know ❤

    I really enjoyed this format! I felt like it really kept me from watching the clock.
    Thank you for the extra timer! As someone who really needs to know where the finish line is, I’ve always appreciated the full workout timer and miss them on the older workouts, but adding the 4:00 timer was soo helpful! I geeked out a little when I saw it. Well done, team NML!

    THIS was my favorite workout of yours so far… Do more of these!!! I tend to have a bad lower back, so these were perfect and the tip during Deadlifts to hold the weights to the side for lower back pain is brilliant!!!🎉

    I did this when it was early access for members and I was so sore for two days after I was hobbling around. BUT THIS WEEK!! I crushed it again, same weights, and felt so good after. It's so fun to see the progress!

    This was great! Such a fun workout! I pushed the bicep curl/shoulder press to 15 pounds- I can do anything for 10 reps! I made it through the whole circuit! Thanks for always encouraging us to reach for the heavier weights!

    Did this this morning - like the 2 move circuits, really fatigues the muscles! Ran before this, so I stuck with the 2 moves each circuit. I feel like I have a like/dislike relationship with AMRAP workouts 😅. Great strength workout and always feel good when I'm done!

    Well that was AMAZING! I don't thing it was AS intense as some others, but honestly for me it was perfect! And if you redo this workout and you need to increase the intensity you obviously increase weights or you could even opt to do the plyo the whole time!!! I loooovvveeddd this! Nothing like a challenge to start your Wednesday and make you feel like an athlete 🙌🏻

    Loved this AMRAP. So much easier for me to mentally get through two moves plus the cardio min than repeating the same moves for 30 min🎉

    Okay so I normally (like everyone else it seems) really don't love AMRAP but I think it is just because I find it much more difficult but i'm trying to LEAN into that more and just give it my best and... forget the rest ;) thank you for another awesome thoughtfully crafted workout!

    AMRAMP is typically not my favorite style but I loved the one minute power push at the end of each circuit! My daughter was watching and during the one minute finisher when Lindsey said "you are so strong" she said "I am so strong mama!"

    Loved this workout so much!! Loved the 4 minute block and the power minute. LOVED the timer on the screen and hopefully we will keep seeing it!
