Based on their previous history of issues and allegations, one sounds like a brave, duty bound official and the other one a corrupt official who has clearly taken the side of one political party.

no both are actually former friends now became enemies with a small grudge. i know if two women who are extremely competitive aggressive dynamic serious cold hearted women,especially civil services will have such kind of women only as it requires such personalities. such kind of friends when they become enemies they start taking revenge extremely pathetically .i know this because i faced this situation. my once a friend ,were both super smart in studies competitive strategic toppers ,suddenly she fought with me, she insulted me so i kept grudge on her for 8 years, just recently my another friend cooled down us individually still i am not ready to talk to her anymore. a two womens grudge no man can come inbetween ,damn he will be dead between two women fight. its like two female tigers fight. any species a female is strategically stronger ,same as male. not lesser hence proved

posting pictures of a person without there consent in itself is an illegal act, and one can be booked for it. i don't know who is at fault ias or ips, but posting someone else's pics without there consent is an offence and this act should be condemned publicly and roopa should be punished for doing so, simply because this is going viral and can promote more revenge porn cases (because if we support the offender potential criminal will get encouragement)

What was their fight for
Rohini needs to be prosecuted. She's to be stopped from her mischievous acts and ways of corruption. Should set an example for the future of beuracracy in the country. Such autocratic, shaless office ers must be dealt with severely. Whoever is supporting her must be exposed and booked too.
At the same time Rupa must be appreciated for her courage. 👍👍
Prima-facie it IPS D Roopa appears to be at fault legally & as per the "code of conduct". Whatever D Roopa's allegations against Rohini Sindhuri may be, D Roopa should have made a written complaint to seniors, government of the day & / or max. through a private complaint to a competent court & should have waited for the result of the proceedings or inquiry. But posting the allegations publicly on social media may amount to defamation which is a tort as well as crime if D Roopa fails to conclusively prove her allegations beyond doubt. What D Roopa did also tarnishes the image of the government. "Whether Rohini Sindhuri did what is alleged? & even if in future, the answer comes out as "Yes", still "is it a offence" OR "is it just a moral wrong?" all these topics may be a matter of investigation & D Roopa should have refrained from going public with these allegations before those are conclusively proven.
She had no choice given how 'well connected' ias officers are as opposed to ips.
