Where the mountains meet the sea, Squamish is full of beautiful natural landscapes, and I learn oral history, legends, and place names in Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim (Squamish traditional language) of the Coast Salish People. Hike with me up Slhaney overlooking The Chief and Howe Sound, and see indigenous pictograph art. Thanks to Roxy Lewis for teaching me a bit more about this special place.

Another stunner, Luke. I’ve almost got my wife talked into a road trip to BC.
Haha, if she's not convinced yet... I don't know what to say

I was briefly in Squamish last week, and I absolutely adored it. Not only was the scenery insane, the little town was so charming. Wonderful video!

And: Shannon Falls - magical, mystical place...
At 2:44 on the bottom right of the frame is a pictograph of the Squatter man! Did Roxy explain any of the pictographs to you? Do some research on the "Plasma Squatter Man". It is a pictograph found throught the world depicted by many ancient peoples. Great video man! The Squamish know whats up!
Oh ya I see that! Yes she explained the legend of the two headed serpent and the serpent slayer, Xwech’tál, which is there but hard to see on the left side at 2:26. I'll read up about the Plasma Squatter Man, thanks.
Very nice
Do you have any idea how old those pictographs are? They are beautiful....I absolutely love this kind of history
May Life allow me to return, even if it is to spend a little more time there before the end of my life. May nature be preserved and not ruthlessly exploited nor plundered as it is done so often
When we let go of our western white European egos … stop talking about ourselves and listen to the indigenous peoples, we can finally get back to the path of truth and reconciliation. Most people are still arrogant and refuse to listen. Thank you for staring this and hope it reaches & teaches more 😊people.
Rest assured they are already documented

Better than the CBC.
sorry, but this video seems like damage control for the bad reception to your last video about the trucker convoy. I would like to see a video where you sit down with Pat King or Tamara Lich, or Maxime Bernier, to see you get educated about who exactly was galvanizing and agitating that convoy.
I went into Walmart in Squamish. The First People gals were nice, but they had only one or two teeth in their mouth. This gal being interviewed is basically an Einstein in comparison.
hey bud. I see you. I know what you are doing. Why don't you take a hike?
was in squamish last week when visiting Vancouver for a vacation, absolutely loved it I want to go back
That's great, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit!
