- On March 24, 2021, veteran actress Jessica Walter died in her sleep in her New York City home. Walter had a career that spanned over half a century and she is best remembered for her role of Lucille Bluth on the hit sitcom "Arrested Development."
Walter had won numerous awards for her acting talents over the years including a Primetime Emmy Award in 1975 for her work in "Amy Prentiss." She also won a Golden Globe Award for starring alongside Clint Eastwood in "Play Misty for Me." In honor of her sad and tragic passing, we’ve made a video that looks at the life, career, and death of this accomplished actress. R.I.P. Jessica Walter.

You actually feel worried for big, strong hyper masculine Clint Eastwood. Jessica is amazing and will always be an incredible legend.

I can see where the creators of Archer got ideas on how to develop Malory Archer - her character from Arrested Development is literally Malory. This is a tragic end to such a talent. Rest in Christ ❤️
