Interesting strats! I tend to only cleanse the tank on fire waves, assuming they have sufficient debuff duration they are fine otherwise. that might be a pve vs pvp build difference though. I never flashwaved the runner prior, but I do focus him, then flashwave them + rats after the fire settles. I like your idea though. I flashwave ppl before (first) rat phase too. for geysers: I usually pop wall before it erupts, then fountain. clay's right after if needed. my fire wave strat is similar: flash wave charge -> marker -> invincible wall (jump1) -> nature's blessing (jump 2) -> fountain (jump 3) -> cleanse (jump4 + q block) -> q block heal (+ swift heals if needed) -> clay's -> invincible barrier -> blessing/marker. The blitzed fountain is a cool idea!
4:12 is that another bug exploit people use? do people only cheat in this game? wth... "sometimes it skipps the rat phase... its weird how the game does this" ... MAYBE but just MAYBE its not intended? just a guess...
So basically, there is a small exploit that DPS can use where they run to the corner and never get hit by the wave. The tank and healer must stay in middle to maintain aggro and to cleanse!
hmm I wouldn't call it an exploit. it speeds up his rotation, but that doesn't really make it easier. Never seen people actually try to get this to happen.
@@bns6288 That explains why we disagree. exploits in my opinion need a clear motivation or benefit. I don't see the benefit people get of it, so it's not exploitative to me. It might be a bug, an unintended result by the devs to prevent fire crosses and rat mech happening at the same time. Standing in the corner to avoid the fire waves? now looks like an exploit.

Awesome! Goes to show there are endless combos that work out. I'll have to try some of the ones you mentioned for the fire wave mech. Thanks!

@@thronewithj thanks for sharing. will report that. :)
@@Tinky1rs not intended and/or break the intented boss mechanic = exploit. pretty simple that definition. :)
