Hi guys enjoyed watching your American explorations in this video yall aren't far from my home in north carolina. As always great video and yeah mosquitoes are abundant here!
He's a hoarder. Would rather watch them rot away than to sell them, or let someone else enjoy them. He knows they are desirable and worth tons of money. He enjoys the fact people know they are there disintegrating, and can't do anything about it. What a nice guy.
Oh yeah it was produced in Germany World War II so there’s a lot of hate for the Volkswagen but still you can’t leave them in the woods I wanna fucking know where they are it’s not like there are 10 cars this is like 100 maybe more it’s stupid and it hurts me I’m a car lover and I repair carsSo we can see them in 20 years or 30 years 100 years these are rare examples VW beetles from 1950 maybe even before all the t1 is rare Here in Holland and then MK one it’s worth about 50,000 maybe fully restore that’s a new car These guys are killing me
He packed them in so tight, it's clear that he never had any intention other to let them rot. Most look to be too far gone. I would be happy with just one old VW project car! Cabriolets there too.
Thanks, Bob! My first car was a 1960 VW Beetle. The guy sold it to me because it wouldn't start. My friend and I pushed it to a nearby gas station and found the battery was dry. We put water in it and it started. That winter it wouldn't start because the water in the battery froze. D'OH! Fortunately, I could put it in 3rd gear, push start it myself and when it started to sputter I'd run into the driver's seat, push in the clutch and voila. It ran. Soon after that I bought a new battery. It burned a lot of oil so I would buy Wolf brand recycled oil. It came in a glass jar that was also recycled! I had a lot of "high times" in that car. 😄 The guy turned out to be really nice to you. But I think eventually his junk yard will become an EPA Superfund site when it needs to be cleaned out.

That place was awesome 👌 with all those VW'S!!! It's crazy 😜 how you find out that they are not abandoned but someone owns them all. It's a shame they are just sitting out there rusting away especially when you can see there's some really valuable ones!!! Great 👍 video.
M ha dado mucha tristeza nosralgia de ver todos esos carros tan buenos en ese estado abandonados por años..........tengo uno y lo tengo bien bonito.....enese viajo a todas partes......
13:34 the first split windows (singlecab?) van 66 through 67, between two 68-72 baywindows bus. 14:33 Split windows bus with bullet flasher, ... before 1965..
it's both a majestic sight to see yet super sad at the same time. I love seeing all these VW's together. But I hate seeing them dead as they are, Not really doing what they were build for to do
heaven to me. easy to see ticks do not bother you, or did not in 2017. someone should visit him and aid in fixing/selling some of them. waste to let them rot. nice video.
My favorite one is the little half-van that is red on the bottom & white on the top-you showed it at 7:23 & 13:08. You don't see any of those on the roads now! ty for the video! (I used to have a vw beetle, green, w/a fiberglass body years ago, wished I had of kept it).
It’s just sad to see those vws just rotting. If I could afford it, I would love to take all of those and rescue what can be rescued and save the rest for parts on other projects. Shame.
NE PA?!? Shit; I used to live an hour west of Scranton. Definitely the land of "It ain't for sale. Imma gonna fix it up someday" "But sir; there's a 25yr old tree growing up through it" 😂
6:31 : we can see the mosquitoes, something like one per cubic inch, crazy !! How sad, what is the sense of buying all these cars and just let them rot away in the woods...
Less than 2:00 in and it's an enthusiast's disaster. The owner will suddenly pass away, and the property quickly sold for development and the cars crushed and scrapped. Seen it all too many times...
Beautiful images! But why does someone leave these beautiful cars in the open to rot? It's a shame... They should be conserve, because they're history.

Staat op de lijst😊
Thanks Warren! I love exploring in the States.. unfortunately I only made only pictures in 99% of the US abandonments I’ve been😞
Why he don’t sell this cars? I will buy it at least three of them. Gosh! This is so sad to see it.
Thanks you guys for the video! Take care! 🤙🏼😎
He's a hoarder. Would rather watch them rot away than to sell them, or let someone else enjoy them.
He knows they are desirable and worth tons of money.
He enjoys the fact people know they are there disintegrating, and can't do anything about it.
What a nice guy.
He's probably planning on eating them, like they do in Africa.
Sadly, they aren't worth much with extensive rust and corrosion.
This is not a private collection. Its just someone that realllly hates Volkswagen cars and takes them off the roads to see them the rot away slowly.
Oh yeah it was produced in Germany World War II so there’s a lot of hate for the Volkswagen but still you can’t leave them in the woods I wanna fucking know where they are it’s not like there are 10 cars this is like 100 maybe more it’s stupid and it hurts me I’m a car lover and I repair carsSo we can see them in 20 years or 30 years 100 years these are rare examples VW beetles from 1950 maybe even before all the t1 is rare Here in Holland and then MK one it’s worth about 50,000 maybe fully restore that’s a new car These guys are killing me
Makes sense because that's why people restore them
That's a epic find. As a big vw guy it saddens me to see these rotting in the woods.
As the owner of 17 cars, 4 being old VW, this makes me sick. Hopefully he kicks the bucket soon.
He packed them in so tight, it's clear that he never had any intention other to let them rot. Most look to be too far gone. I would be happy with just one old VW project car! Cabriolets there too.
Go and get one from your local listings. Buy one before hoarders get their hands on all of them :D
steal maby 🤭😳
The best Urbex channel!

Recycled oil??! I wonder if that still exists.

Sounds like fun haha! Thanks for watching Joe!
It is a pity those beetles as I watched this video flew to my tears. Greetings from Poland
Thanks for watching!😄

It was both sad and nice seeing all those beetles in such a state.
But,some of them do remind me of the movie Herbie the love bug.😂😂
Letting them rot away should be considered a crime.
The Beastie Boys would love this place:-))
@10:21 the wanna be Rolls Royce was cool but @2:39 there looks to be a in good shape white Bug Convert & maybe the Karmann Ghia @10:50
So many old cars with their own adventure tales - beautiful and sad at the same time.
This exploration channel is absolutely fantastic. 🎉

Had an old VW beetle. Got me from point A to B. Engine ran on rubber bands 😂

Quelle gâchis de belles voitures
I HATE THE WAY SOME EXPLORERS LEAVE DOORS OPEN TO THE WEATHER & WILDLIFE
(I shut them but not to lock them)
So nice to see them all there! 😍
Let them rust in peace!
Most of them are surely in bad shape, through out the wet conditions in the forest!

9:33 So sad to see all these rotting especially Karmann Ghias 😭

Why would anyone just let the cars rot away like this?
Maybe regulation issue
If they are old and not worth anything any more... What do you think that happened with all the other old cars?
he is a hoarder, cannot part with anything- shame
'Cause he's nutz.
Sería feliz en este sitio con tanto vocho
es un buen lugar para conseguir piezas de vochos viejos . lastima que están ya muy oxidados para restaurar una
@7.23 the short van is cool
Lots of Combi Westfalia, many of them still having original courtins. At the same time, thera are some other brands visible like Nissan.

Plenty of them here😳 The owner died a few years ago, wonder what will happen with those cars…
Not a tag plate amongst them....! Unusual.
How does this happen, please explain me, i´ve only seen this to happen in the US, greetings from México.
Cars a cheap. I’ve have 7 old cars myself. It’s starts with good intentions, but it declines into a junk yard.
Its so sad to see. All those cars just left to die. There are more places like this also.. so sad.

Northeast Pa? If so, I've been here twice for parts.
Yep. They family that owns it are very religious. Last time I was there, they were preaching hard. Awesome place though.
Yes, an awesome place! Preaching for less rust🤔?
@@ExploringtheUnbeatenPath did you guys explore anything else local to the Volkswagens?
NE PA?!? Shit; I used to live an hour west of Scranton. Definitely the land of "It ain't for sale. Imma gonna fix it up someday"
"But sir; there's a 25yr old tree growing up through it" 😂
you look right from 15:32
6:31 : we can see the mosquitoes, something like one per cubic inch, crazy !!

Tears jump in my eyes! I can't look at it! You can't do anything with all that rot in that humid climate. What was that man thinking!😭🇧🇪
Less than 2:00 in and it's an enthusiast's disaster. The owner will suddenly pass away, and the property quickly sold for development and the cars crushed and scrapped. Seen it all too many times...
I think Michael Manousakis from german TV has been there last year and these cars are actually for sale.
I guess this is another place! These are not for sale
such a shame to see these cars rotting away like this some of these beetles could be saved and bought back to life on the road again where they belong
Beautiful images!
But why does someone leave these beautiful cars in the open to rot? It's a shame... They should be conserve, because they're history.
This is so sad :'(
Im just want to cry
Why these car are abandoned ???
Like looking at the future.
