Sometimes when the shit comes down so heavy that I have to wear a hat, I can play this song from the Carnival 99 album, and all becomes right in the universe! My son turned me on to SCI and they have become one of my favorite bands!
Pure bliss. I can’t hear this enough. It’s a little slower and sweeter, than the other versions that Cheese has done. I wasn’t there, but when I watch it, I can feel the magic that we all hope and long for.
:) Carnival 99' hooked me on the cheese.I was not there or close but have had many a' kindred folk that loved that recording and this live video is kudos to 99 and thanks again. "Joker" Run Billy Run. I was there for that one. :0 Makes me smile every time. I'm thinking 10k Lakes 06'...I have been talking to my younger fellow cheesesdeadsyonderspanicsoverlycookedsalmons plus many others I could not thoughtfully include and I wish and hope the early concerts of 2004-2010 and the lineups will come together again to play an epic festival. Phish away. Oh, and the people who closed our car door because we were playing SCI at a Phish show at Deer Creek in 2004 and we had to pay to get it opened. Much enjoyed. :) Came upon your ground score although noticed and realized much later. ;) Thanks. We enjoyed. We realized years later. Taser? A little Gestapo. Trump 16'. A little hip, conservative, realistic, and we understand economics and are not blind to history.

Very good cover of JL Ponty- Guy Nsangue’s Mouna Bowa 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Absolute brilliance...tells the story of a good life. Peace and joy...talent and improvisation.
Groove to the greatest extent.
A more than worthy cover.
Interesting. I've loved this song for many years and just found out now it's a cover
one of the tightest moments in cheese
Ahhhh summer tour is upon us...
Kang is on point, but Keith Moseley's extended bass riffs @ 5:30 is where it's at!
I always saw Moseley as the Ringo of SCI. They let him sing a couple songs to be part of the team!
Reminds me of Paul Simon's music.
Luca ponty
Same melody as Under African Skies...almost a copy IMHO
@@nickkolesnik5054 Jean-Luc Ponty
So much like Paul Simon's Graceland Era music
My favorite Jean-Luc Ponty song. Interesting choice for a cover.....
This show was amazing!

5:18 and then 6:35. 6:55 hits all the right spots but be sure to listen to it all.
