I went to my gold farm (also JC Playz design) about 50 blocks away and afk’ed and got a stack and a half. I think when you’re too close to it the villager changes their behavior and wants to trade with you.
6:39 this villager actually needs a composter if you plan to make this farm beetroot or wheat because the farming villager’s inventory will get clogged up with the seeds

Love all your videos, I use alot of your designs, this has been working great for so time, but recently the farmers are still active but leaving the crops on the ground, it would appear the other villagers inventory filled up over time, assuming a few crops here are there end up in his inventory instead of the hopper. I think the only improvement would be a better way to block off the villager while still being In sight of the farmer, only fix I've found so far is to periodically replace the "recieving" villager, other than that works fantastic, maybe someone has come up with a work around?
I have this working in n places, but a recent build, the farmer will not throw the crops. I’ve replaced both the farmer and the receiving villager to no avail. Several modifications to the window make no difference

Hi JC, I'd been following your build for a while and find the very useful. Thank you! But, there is always some problems with my farm, especially this auto carrot farm that are technically similar to yours. I play on MCPE BE the newest edition. I built the farm correctly in every step, I make sure every conditions for the villagers williness is satisfied (3 beds, 1 composter, 1 fletching table, the farmer inventory is always full of carrot, the fletcher is always hungry and inventory empty bc he is new born). As I observe (both close and 20 blocks away), the farmer walk to the fletcher and attemp to throw food multiple time a day which indicate that they are willing to breed. But there was nothing thrown out of the farmer body and my hopper in minecart didn't collect anything. I put the trap doors, the hopper, the hopper minecart exactly like yours formation. I tested by throwing some food at the fletcher and my hoppers collected them all nicely. The farmer always attemp to throw food at the fletcher, but when he reach the trap door, he tried to throw but can't even throw anything. I then manually break 15 carrot and throw them at the farmer, he immediately run to the fletcher after that but still can't throw anything from his hand. If you have any idea how to solve this, pls help me. Thank you!
After they linked to their job blocks and you traded with them, did you break the blocks? If not this is probably why it’s not working. If the farmer has a composter he can reach, they most likely keep composting the extra crops so they would have nothing to give to the other villager. Also, if you have previously traded with either villager used before putting them into the farm, it may not work but I’m not sure why that is. Hope this helps, I just made my farm last night and made like 9 stacks of carrots in an hour!
Not sure why you chose those dimensions, since water hydrates 4 blocks out, you can go bigger than this. Also, this farm is stackable; just alternate trap doors and minecart hoppers feeding down into the same chest.

i made this and broke the minecart that the villegar was in, he spawned outside the pocket made for him and walked into the hole i breed my animals in.. everything is going wrong LOL now i need to get him out of the pig den which is 2 blocks underground
I've tried building this in my world on my switch and the farmer villagers just keeps throwing the crops on the ground after he harvests them instead of throwing them to the other villager. Any suggestions?
One question. If I build this near the iron farm, then does it occur any problem on the iron farm? I am nervous to make a farm using villagers because it may break the iron farm..
Having the same problem. Things start out good then eventually the farmer stops giving food... beets just sitting everywhere. I can't find a fix so far. My guess is the the second villager's inventory gets filled at some point where the minecart hopper doesn't collect fast enough? Dunno
I built this today which great success, but it's my first time making these kinds of farms. I'm hoping this is stackable by not placing the slabs along the edge. Please correct me if I'm wrong and if so, if appreciate knowingly a way to stack it

Finally a farm that doesn’t need 828272828 hoppers.
Thanks so much for making this,my previous crop farm broke because of the 1.18 update
I actually just made a prototype of this last night several hours before it was posted, in need of food xD
Would it be worth turning the villager into a zombie first to reduce trade cost? I just built your villager breeder and trading hall they're great :)
It is not intended to trade with these 2 workers
@@perterror2918 buts it could be an added bonus if you could make it work infinite food and somewhat infinite emeralds or more foods
@@perterror2918 certainly wouldn’t be difficult to change.
i made this and broke the minecart that the villegar was in, he spawned outside the pocket made for him and walked into the hole i breed my animals in.. everything is going wrong LOL now i need to get him out of the pig den which is 2 blocks underground
I've tried building this in my world on my switch and the farmer villagers just keeps throwing the crops on the ground after he harvests them instead of throwing them to the other villager. Any suggestions?
Mine worked for about a day and the it started doing that too
One question. If I build this near the iron farm, then does it occur any problem on the iron farm? I am nervous to make a farm using villagers because it may break the iron farm..
Hi, i made a 30/30 platform and made the same farm the problem, the farmer villager some times trades with the other one (fletcher) and some times not
I think 30 by 30 is too big
Farmer cant detect fletcher maybe
Bro I commented 3 days ago for this farm and u make video on it thanks ♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏
The village is not giving the crop to other
I’m having this problem after following the build exactly as he says, I even did his Soloutions if they don’t give the crop. Still nothing 🤔
Having the same problem. Things start out good then eventually the farmer stops giving food... beets just sitting everywhere. I can't find a fix so far. My guess is the the second villager's inventory gets filled at some point where the minecart hopper doesn't collect fast enough? Dunno
same here
My farmer is not giving the villager any potatos at all? All the crops are fully grown and I have a fishermen as the villager in the cave and no dice
Bro in 1.18.3 version villager is not throwing food to another villager in this cage plz help me
This is good, u can get food for ur animal and ur self u also can get emerald by trading it with villager
Bro you need to pronounce your words better, speak slower. You’re slurring way too much
It’s not hard to follow lmao
@@slimeluv3713 I never said it was, but my 7yo nephew has better English than this guy and probably you
How long dose it take for them to throw crops over
it take long time but if u put 2 villagers instead of 1 it works well
@@dragonfruit3131 2 in the chamber or 2 farmers?
Will have two of these in proximity of one another cause issues? I’m thinking about having 1 of these for beets, wheat, potatoes, and carrots
I built this today which great success, but it's my first time making these kinds of farms. I'm hoping this is stackable by not placing the slabs along the edge. Please correct me if I'm wrong and if so, if appreciate knowingly a way to stack it
Im pretty sure it is stackable but you’ll need to make a slightly different collection system I think.
@@Ethan-qo1fg yeah and ended up stacking 3 atop each other. I made a super janky system but it works 😂
Ive been waiting for this for soo longg
Thanks for the great farm and vid
