- Mech Armors are back on PopCross Studios and this time we’re going all the way back to this series origin with Famous Animated characters. Specifically though, we’re going to take villains because I really want to use the Wolf, Death, from Puss in Boots The Last Wish, as a mech armor.
I do save him for last though, first off we have Benny Sharp telling Champagne McGreggor and Harold the Herald about a Hades mech armor he made inspired by the Disney movie Hercules. Then, we have Shego from the Disney show Kim Possible. Finally we have Death and I don't mean it metaphorically or rhetorically or poetically or theoretically or any other fancy way. He’s death straight up.

Horror Characters as Dragons Part Two
The Stalking Ghost Face/Ghost Face
This creature will stalk its pray for a while before actually killing them, these creatures are quite smart and will set up a plan to kill their prey. These creatures usually travel in a par of two or three.
The Crystal Lake Night Hunter/Jason Vorhees - There should be something about how this is only a single specimen, that only lives near a lake at a camp. Only people who come near the camp will be hunted by this creature. It’s tail is like a machete and seems to have a mask on but it’s just a part of its skin. A scorched nightmare and this creature were seen fighting once.
The Masked Trapping JigSaw/Saw
The creatures bring their meals into a massive maze and the one who survives it will go free but the ones that get stuck or don’t make it out are it’s prey. There is a cult that will help a jigsaw because they believe the people who the masked trapping jigsaw chooses as prey don’t enjoy life in turn they believe that they should die for not enjoying life.
I was thinking if you turned Henry Stickmin character or newgrounds character (like tank man Pico blockhead or Hank j Wimbleton) and put in the marvel universe or join the suicide squad or something
What if... Cartoon Network Heroes and Villains Were Lanterns?
What if... the Spider-Verse Had Nicktoons?
What if... Disney Princesses Became Sailor Scouts?
Imagine Benny and Champ having a movie night in Champ's world and Benny keeps pointing out fictional characters and going "hey, I made armor for a guy like that once!"

Not even halfway through the video and I already love the interactions between Benny and Harold. So much to the point that I kind of want to see what conversation they would have while drunk or...just really tired.

I was not expecting the random lore bombs in this episode, but I am all for it. I hope Harold keeps being relevant and I hope we get some more weird combinations of narrators for these stories in the future. Also, the armor designs are so cool. :D

To be very honest, the Wolf/Death was the one that struck me the most in the Puss in Boots: The Last Wish movie. You could really feel that it was a threat, and that whistling hits you deep once you know its meaning. Simply, a great villain who shows that sometimes less is more. The mech armor concept that looks very interesting great job.
I still suggest cartoon characters on the Suicide Squad.
Like Anne from Amphibia (arrested sometime after her return to Earth at the start of season 3), Star Butterfly from Star vs the Forces of Evil (arrested for her attempt to destroy all magic in the multiverse), El Tigre (his flip-flopping between hero and villain having caught-up to him), or Koala Man (taken in after he took the blame for starting the 2nd Emu War at the end of episode 7).
I've never been a fan of the villainized Hades trope but this and the Disney character is now the exception. Amazing work, man!

Death is the perfect villain! Cool mechs from Benny, just like always!
This was fun. Once again, I think it would be fun to see Pokemon as Zoids. And recently I've been thinking it could be fun to see characters from Okami-san and Her Seven Companions crossed over with RWBY. The anime for Okami-san is only 12 episodes, so you can binge it a few times in a small handful of days.
I've kinda been dwelling on more of the RWBY stuff too.

I watched puss in boots the last wish a couple of days ago and it was just as good as the hype! Also glad for the new video

FINALLY, an explanation as to why Benny Sharp is aware of the fourth wall!
The implication that he has a portion of an Overseer’s abilities, specifically multiverse omniscience, is INSANE. This raises a lot of questions………
But aside from that, this is probably one of your best mech armour episodes yet! Both in regards to the hilarious - and lore-bomb riddled - banter, and the designs themselves.
The aquamarine and teal elements in the Hades armour make for nice pops of colour amid the dominant colours of black and off-white, and really complement the character’s iconic blue flames. The tiny skull is a nice gloomy detail that pays homage to his underworld roots.
The skewed green-and-black pattern of Shego’s outfit makes for a lovely armour adaption, with criss-crossing asymmetric stripes balanced with symmetric sections. The black hands with green claws and the green hands with black claws are my favourite part of the armour. :)
The mech armour for Death is extremely well done. And I don’t mean it metaphorically, or rhetorically, or poetically, or theoretically, or any other fancy way. I mean that it’s extremely. Well done. Straight. Up. It's clear you love the way Death was designed and written, and that translates into an all-out top-tier armour. With the realistic wolf muzzle, big bushy tail, and paw feet, all the sections of the armour are textured to resemble greying fur flawlessly blending into cool grey, pebble grey and dark grey. And with faint touches of red sprinkled throughout for an eerie feel, especially with the narrowed dots for eyes and streaking mist. The flowing cloak and the jagged purple-pink sickles are just the icing on the cake.
I love hades how is in this sophisticated pose while everything around is a monster, like the contrast
I've had about three videos that had Harold as a main narrator and he's already one of my favorites, especially as a foil for Benny (when even Benny thinks the stuff you've done is a little much, I'd say you constitute as an irredeemable monster). Champ was awesome as well, and I'm REALLY glad he was here to reign Benny in when he started getting a bit too chummy with Harold. As for the mechs themselves they were all insanely cool looking, especially the smoke for Hades and the EVERYTHING for Death (favorite from this video, easy). Loved this video very much, keep up the stellar work!

@@diegobendinelli2680 The first one I remember him narrating in I believe was some sort of supervillains one, though I can't for the life of me remember the specific video. His more recent appearance where he was (sort of ) integrated into the main group was the Not-so Adorable Deluge (January's redraw episode).
You should seriously consider voice acting cuz the way you pull off so many different tones & accents so flawlessly is as much a work of art as every drawing in this episode.
Gotta love robots! Even if they're just armors, they're still technically robots.

It'd been awhile since I've watched this guy but love to see he's going all out for acting the different characters. I think him being Benny sharp running from the cops in the woods was cool.
I’d love to see Harold just talking to the sharp gang about everything he’s seen and done. Like an anthology show across the popcross multiverse

I loved having Harold in the video, he needs to appear more often. Also I feel calling death a villain is a bit of a stretch considering he is just a natural force of the universe.

Harold is a interesting character in that it seems less that he is evil and more that he doesn't really have any real strong feelings regarding morality.
Like he wouldn't go out of his way to step on a puppy but he wouldn't go out of his way to not step on a puppy either.
I gotta say, the death mech armor is gotta be the number one mech armor ever, I love how his main weapons, his 2 sickles are part on his arm, and how you added his cloak to the armor. But what makes the death mech suit better, is how his sickles can pop come out of his arm and become his sickle staff and the color of his sickles. I love death so much that I am so happy you made a suit of him, Mabey you can make him into a dragon for famous animated villains as dragons. Great job, keep up the good work.
7:11 Finally! I have been wanting an in-universe explanation for all of that for over a year.
Love the mention of the Akashic Record... been planning on doing something in a fanfic involving it (specifically using a character with an anti-recognition superpower as a route to access it in a spell in order to permanently delete something dangerous from it) albeit in a completely unrelated multiverse setting (albeit the more I think of it the more I wonder if I should consider incorporating something from your multiverse into the final crossover extravaganza, even as little as someone seeing the characters preparing the save the multiverse and noping out)
I'll be honest, this was a breath of fresh air. Nothing wrong those lore heavy episodes but they've really become alot to take in ask of late. But Benny and champ I can listen to anytime. Honestly I wouldn't mind if we got more of these 3 person stories with Benny talking about his mechs.

best part of the video for me is the lore bomb about benny in there and the promo skit in the middle. Love the mech armor rendering it looks awesome but those 2 bits made me chuckle. Awesome episode

I really want to see more of Benny and Harold as they just bounce off of each other so well!
The videos with Benny, shampagne and Vasilia are great but at times feel a little too... haphazard, they are still amazing but they can get a bit chaotic.
This video however with Harold, Benny and champagne just felt... perfect.
It was chaotic but also calm enough to understand everything. The pacing was amazing, plus they way Harold and Benny get alone is brilliant!
I really make me want to see more of these two!

1) Why is Harold still with the Sharp Gang? Has Ludum not bothered to try getting him back yet?
2) How does Disney Villains as Angels sound to you as a potential idea? Because there are plenty of videos about the demons of Mara's world, but not enough about its angels.
3) Is Vasilia's werejaguar form ever going to show up again, now that we've seen her?

"Benny would you stop bonding with the guy that kills kids?" is top tier Benny Sharp moment in my book, even if it's not Benny saying it I feel like it needs to be included in a sequel for best Sharp moments

I love the interactions between all your different characters, one I would love to see is Unkillable Kate interacting with Benny and Vasilia to get her an upgrade, maybe with them both suggesting examples from some of their previous works before eventually settling on a more minimalist strategy and giving her boots gauntlets/knuckle dusters or a combat knife of sorts and maybe a vest made out of a hide of a creature Kate killed herself.
One reason I suggest the upgrade is that as awesome as Kate is, she could use a way of fighting against more durable enemies instead of breaking her hands on them.

Second, I love that you used Hades for the first one! I love Hercules, and Hades is a great villain!

@@PopCross I know there isn’t a drawing of Harold yet, but this is how he looks in my head. I picture Harold as a sort of undead-esk character with black charred skin as well as charred and wilted cowboy attire. And, of course, there are his arms which are made of red flames. Of course, that’s only how I picture Harold in my head, and I don’t remember much about his description from “The Multiverse Melee. But whatever, I’m just excited to see what our favorite cowboy sociopath/psychopath looks like to you.
This episode was a flipping banger. First off the the banger and more specifically just ALL of Benny and Harold in this episode was fantastic. They were just gold, absolutely hilarious. Then the art in the episode was also absolutely incredible, all of them look great but definitely the Mech suit for Death has got to be my favorite here.

Well once again, I think it's gonna be very difficult to pick a favorite from this episode, as the armors here are absolutely magnificent! Though they're all very strong contenders. And now you've got me curious about the Akashic Records and the Multiverse Tales version of the Grim Reaper. Definitely need a video or two discussing these little lore drops.
Either way, thank you for another awesome video, and I look forward to the next one on Friday (which I am assuming is Marvel Superheroes as DC Villains; definitely will be interesting to see how that turns out).

A nice change for a banter and armors video, really loved the design of The Wolf and Shego, plus having all the new intel of the multiverse being slowly revealed makes for a fun time to everyone that likes to know about the lore.
So now I ask when we will have a Sea Monsters episode? I do believe Chainsaw man could be the perfect option for that, especially if you use Ghost as a gigantic jellyfish like Kraken from the deep dark.
This was an absolutely awesome video, Christian. I really enjoyed all your designs of the mech armors. However, the three designs that I really enjoyed the Hades mech armor design, the Shego mech armor and the Death mech armor. They were really creative and well designed. Plus the color schemes and poses were really awesome.
As for the lore of this video. It was really entertaining and delightful to hear. I really enjoyed hearing Benny Sharp, Doctor Champagne McGreggor and Herald as the narrators for this wonderful video. Hopefully we can get to see what Herald looks like in a future video, but until thank you so much for this video. Really enjoyed it and appreciate it too. Also, Christian thank you for being so positive and giving positive thoughts and vibes at the end of each video. They are very interesting to hear and sometimes very helpful too, especially when one is working on a new project or just having a hard time with life itself. It is always nice to hear something that can boost up the spirit.

I just wanted to add, I thought of one other video game character who could be turned into a Mandalorian- the Dragonborn, from Skyrim. They could, instead of one Mando, be a whole group of different race individuals, to account for the fact that the Dovahkiin can be any race in the game- a human one, a Twi'Lek, a Gungan, one of those cat people, etc. For the most awesome part, *THEY CAN CONTROL THE KRAYT DRAGONS THEMSELVES!* What do you think of this?

Hello PopCross. Loved this video and loved the death mech. It was just super cool. You have been doing well and should keep it up!
This was incredible. I always enjoy seeing your videos that revolve around various villain characters, since its nice to see your take on these amazing characters and they also have some amazing stories to tell. Plus I just love anything relating to Mechs and mech armour since they're Mechs and mech armour...enough said. So seeing you turn some famous animated villains into Mech Armours is just incredible. I especially love Shego’s and Death’s designs the most. Hades's gives off a cool and almost ancient appearance mixed with a powerful fighter who just emanates power as well as someone who's always scheming to come out on top against his enemies...plus I just like how he still keeps his iconic look with his amazing azure blue flames, Shego’s gives off that of a silent warrior in resemblance to a master ninja/assassin that seems to be very powerful and superior with the power and might to go toe to toe with some of the best in the superhero/supervillain business...plus I like how she just looks more badass that shows her femme fatale vibes and I don't know why but for some reason I see her becoming friends with the like of Scarlet Witch or X-23, Death’s just makes him look like a truly menacing apex predator with some cool tech that can show everyone why he's a dangerous hunter and why he embodies death so well...plus I just love how you gave a gray and red colour scheme for the armour since that's one of my personal favourite colour combinations when i draw mechs or mech armour and its really givivng off that Mechagodzilla vibe to it too. This was amazing; I've been to see another mech armour video for a while now since it was one of my favourite series that you did since Benny Sharp is just such an amazing narrator...and you knocked it out of the park once again. They were incredible and I can’t wait to see more videos where you draw more characters as mech armours. I want to see you do something with already existing mech armours; maybe turning them into superheroes/giving the sharp gang their own armours, or dragons or even other monsters, or I'd even love to see you give these guys some cool alternative versions of their mech armours as well since I think that would be pretty interesting...plus if its the case for armours or Mechs, I think Benny and Vasilia would have a blast, and it would be fun to see Benny and Vasilia come up with armour ideas based on these wonderful pieces of art. It was also nice to see Harold come back with narrating alongside Benny and Champagne and I'm looking forward to see more of him in the future with having a drawing of what he looks like...I don't know why but for some reason I see him have a sort of outlaw/cowboy look to him from the wild west since it just seems to work for him. I also can’t wait to see how Mara’s story continues in the multiverse tales episodes. Great job as always Christian and I can’t wait to see what you draw on Friday’s video.
P.s. do you think you could do a video of turning dinosaurs into mech armours? Cuz I want to see how Benny Sharp and Champagne McGregor would get along. Also do you think you could do a video we’re you turn Disney princesses into witches. Also could you try something with Apex Legends?

I’m loving the interaction between Champagne (my favorite moody spirit animal), Benny Sharp, and Harold! This almost reminded me of how I talk with my high school friends! Also, I’m loving the designs on the Mech Armors, especially Death’s. Although there is one small problem: you forgot his creepy whistle!

I was surprised to see a Shego mech, but its a welcome one. I always like seeing more Kim Possible stuff. Plus, I always assumed Shego liked the benefits of working with Drakken. Probably pays well enough, room and board, good vacation time, and how many people would let their employees openly smack talk them all the time. Plus, it was kind of hinted by the end they might have a bit of thing together.
Hayden’s armour looks spectacular!!! and Harold the herald is very entertaining.

Wow, you uploaded sooner than you usually do, I was really caught off guard! Anyway, great episode! All three choices are certified hood classics (even though I haven't watched Kim Possible) And Harold and his southern cowboy accent are a good change up to the usual dynamic. Also, I'm gonna do my usual thing of asking you to draw something Blazblue related.
