I had the same issue with ground. Just disconnect the ground with using a wireless system to connect to your amp/pedalboard. That solved it for me + you have freedom on stage. I invested in Shure GLXD16 and its pricy but hell yeah its nuts
Thanks for your sharing your experience. What about difference in sound wired and wireless? Good quality cable vs Shure GLXD16? And how reliable is your wireless option? Because when you plug the cable it's working every single time.
@@kikik9453 the sure system is by fare the best i had. I can't hear any difference in sound quality.. its super reliable and the battery lasts very long. The tuner ist good, i use it for myself but i would prefer a polytune on my board in some time. You can also change batteries on the shure which comes in handy if you play very long gigs.. but one battery lasts like 8 hours easy.. I dont want to miss this system.. its pretty nice.. and of course no hum and you are free on stage.. listening to your own guitar sound in front of the stage is nice sometimes 😁
My Maton EM-6 uses the original AP5 pickup. There was a lot of noise when I connected to the amp, and the noise disappeared when I touched the jack. When I sent it to Maton, I received a reply that this phenomenon was completely normal, and the company was not responsible for warranty. Is there any way you can overcome the noise? Sorry, I use Google Translation.
My problem was ground problem. Some power sockets had no proper wiring or no proper ground, and thats why I had this problem. So, get yourself ground fault tester and check power sockets. If that is all OK, then you can try tighten or loosen the screws at the bridge pick.
@@shindongmun4640 Well, there is no easy answer here, you have to test it all. First I changed only Mic in AP5 pro, problem was still here, then I chnaged whole AP5 pro system, problem was still here. Then I wached this videos about proper ground. th-cam.com/video/fCfa-I4SfiM/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/FrgupGEXKNs/w-d-xo.html I found out that on some places when I would be plugged in, that power socekt was bad, had no proper wiring and ground problem, and that's why I had my problem with hum noise and crackle sound when I would move mic in AP5 pro system. Start from there, try in your home, at your friends, all other places where you can try to eliminate whether it is ground problem or not. Or try with portable recorder on battery, or amp on battery. Then go to some music stores where they sell ap5 system, and asked them to ckeck it out. Just to replace to see if you maybe have faulty ap5 system. Yes, that true that you that you shouldn't play around with double-bridge screw. But you have a problem so... Some people had this problem, that screws were too tighten or too loosen. You can try with small amount tighten/loosen. Here you go, this was also answer I got from Maton repair service: "Yes, the earthing strip may have come loose under the saddle. Tightening the two screws on either side of the saddle may help to correct this issue. Be very careful when you tighten them and only tighten them a small amount at a time, as overtightening them may damage the piezo unit."
@@alekasandrtihonov3027 I've just fixed fixed the buzzing on mine, thanks to your help, thank you! I had a buzzing on the A string, when plugged in, and tightening the hexagon thing by the low E string did it.
The trick is to tighten or loosen the bridge pick up screws until the hum goes away. They are very sensitive to having the right pressure 👍🏼
Will the adjustment affect the sound? I dare not adjust it because there is a message attached that it cannot be adjusted.
@@cicojo1972 I would not worry. Go gentle with very fine adjustments and it will be fine 😀

I have the same issue and just contacted the manufacturer. I hope that there is a way to fix it.
Has your problem been fixed?
@@shindongmun4640 Somewhat yes...but only after I replaced the entire pickup system.

I had the same problem on the Maton EM100c. try twisting the hexagons.the noise is gone(sorry, I'm using google translate)
I had the same experience.
The cause was loose pickup screws on the left and right of the bridge.
