毛姐最愛的沙律
材料:
●沙律生菜
●啤梨 2-3個 切粒
●洛克福藍芝士
●牛油果 一個 切粒
●橄欖油 1/3杯
●紅酒醋 3湯匙
●檸檬汁 3茶匙
●阿洛酮糖漿 分量自由調校
●黃芥辣 1 1/2 茶匙
●蒜頭 1粒 切碎
●鹽 & 胡椒
焦糖山核桃(或合桃):
●阿洛酮糖 + 山核桃 1/2杯
方法:
-將沙律生菜、啤梨、牛油果和藍芝士切到合意的尺寸
-鍋中煮融阿洛酮糖,加入山核桃或果仁至焦糖
沙律醬:
用攪拌機混合紅酒醋、檸檬汁、阿洛酮糖漿、黃芥辣、蒜蓉 (手動拌勻亦可)
Mo’s Favourite Salad
Ingredients:
● Lettuce● Pears x2-3, peeled, cored and chopped
● Roquefort cheese● Avocado x1, peeled, pitted and diced● Olive oil 1⁄3 cup● Red wine vinegar 3 tbsp● Lemon juice 3 tsp● Allulose syrup (adjust to your own liking)● Mustard 11⁄2 tsp prepared mustard● Garlic x1 clove, chopped● Salt & pepper
Caremelized Pecans (or walnuts)● Allulose sugar + pecans each 1⁄2 cup
Method:
Cut lettuce, pears, avocado and roquefort cheese into desired size - Heat pan with allulose sugar to caramelise the pecans
Salad dressing:Mix olive oil 1⁄3 cup,red wine vinegar, lemon juice, allulose syrup, prepared mustard & chopped garlic well in a blender (or manually mix well)
