    I definitely would love to live in New York short term in my life. I'm all about that city life. Love your sweater, great tips...

    I've visited about 4 times for a collective 15 days, and am currently considering moving from Upstate NY after I'm finished with college. Just 3 more semesters B)

    I live at home with family and they’re planning on moving to Florida in 2 or 3 months and I really don’t wanna go but the problem is I’m still currently unemployed / I have been for almost 3 months now but I really don’t wanna move to FL it’s more like a vacation state to me but I know it’s extremely hard to live in NYC my friend was also telling me to try NJ.

    You didn’t discuss a very important aspect of finding a roommate: financial worthiness and criminal background check.

      True, instead tallied about sharing what type of job. Which sounded a bit discriminatory how it was worded.

    My criteria is someone that has come from a conservative background.. not trying to generalize but heavily liberal people also seem to have some sort of daddy problem and it spills over to toxic roommate behavior. My 2 cents after 15 years of sharing rooms lol.

    • @joymae
      @joymae  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      LOL omg that's a first I've heard. Interesting non-negotiable. I'm surprised to hear so many of my subscribers bleed red.

    • @damienturner6368
      @damienturner6368 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@joymae Definitely; as you get older people are more likely to gradually turn conservative than liberal. I think its due to wanting more stability over growth.
