So then I watched season 2 expecting it to suck, and to my surprise, it's one of the best continuations I've seen in a tv show, so many clever and interesting choices were made that it even elevated the elements I didn't like as much from season 1. Also saying how frontman still has a bit of faith in humanity and kept changes his emotions throughout season 2 and said he has some regret about what he’s done. Also the actor has said in another interview front man was sort of rooting for gihun that he is right about humanity and his beliefs. I can definitely see frontman having a change of heart and helping gihun in the end to stop the games. Think he will finally realise he is in the wrong and there is faith in humanity and hope. But once he reveals himself and wants to stop the games the other guy in all black will say the rule about once you reveal yourself you have to die and then it will be frontman and the players and his brother against the guy all in black. I can see frontman either sacrificing himself for someone as he’s said before he has nothing to live for out of the games (wife and unborn baby died) or he will end up surviving and going for a drink with gihun like he promised. So many ways it could go though, I just think it’s too predictable and boring if he just stays as frontman season 3
I completely agree with you, I think throughout the games he wanted to believe that Gi-hun had a moral conscience way higher than others and that that is proof that pure goodness still exists. But I believe he stopped believing in him the second Gi-hun was okay with sacrificing people for the “greater good”. Season 1 told us about how to survive in the game, but season 2 is more like another side of the game, a background story about the characters, and i think in this season the are more good people than bad people.
Season 2 has given us a rather scary and dark image about “The cost and price for freedom”. Whether it’s paid with blood or money, it really tests Gi-huns lesson on how his blinded revenge turned out to just be an illusional righteous path poisoned with bad deeds, and how people must face the abyss without being consumed. In fact, we could say that the whole world is a gamble. Every action, even good ones, have a consequence (e.g. sparing a murderer is like giving him another bullet in his gun). In season 1, Il-nam warned Gi hun of this. Too much or too little of something has the same effect. Spilling too much blood, or being blinded by revenge, or placing unimaginable bets. From these two seasons, we’ve seen Gi-hun as nothing but a gambler, or as the recruiter said “lucky trash”. After all, he was chosen by the recruiter for his crippling debts. His reality snaps back hard when his old best friend dies. It destroyed him so much that his hopes for revenge diminished. All we can hope for now is that Gi-hun does not give up on his path, and see how he is going to stop the games. It also tests the question: Can justice really bring peace?
“as you watch, i hope it makes you consider if our world and even ourselves, are not so different from it.” this is so real. squid game is brutal but it’s nothing compared to what is happening in our world rn. let’s not be eaten by greed, though it’s human nature as they say.

“as you watch, i hope it makes you consider if our world and even ourselves, are not so different from it.” this is so real. squid game is brutal but it’s nothing compared to what is happening in our world rn. let’s not be eaten by greed, though it’s human nature as they say.
despite what many say i actually really liked Season 2, we already knew most elements of the story from Season 1 so Season 2 felt much more interesting since you aren't really finding out new information instead the story just goes forward if that makes sense
Huge respect to the director and the actors ❤
Lee Byung-Hun ❤❤❤❤❤
Hwang Dong-hyuk is amazing. Every single detail has a beautiful message behind it.
6:38 find someone who looks at u the way frontman looks at gihun

The director is a genius.
I love these type of content of the series!!
I really am obsessed with these videos. Just love it 😅
This show is carved un history 🔥It will never be born again🔥 Masterfully written and skillfully executed with utmost perfection in every angle🔥🔥💜

Player 456🗿
S1: I need money 💶
S2: I'm gonna stop the Game 🚫
S3: Revenge🤬
The director is a genius. Aghh frontman.
when lee seo-hwan says jung-bae doesn’t blame gi-hun for his death……… ow
The scene of gong too was amazingly good
10:22 small spoiler to season 3, Gi-hun will not retract back to his past self in anyway
“I WATCHED THE GAMES BEFORE” ahh comment
LETS GOOOOOOO! Behind the scene, yes🎉🔥❤️
The actress nailed it the whole 7 episode was insane specially ep6
I'm still convinced at the end of Season 3, Gi-Hun will be the new frontman, showing that mankind truly doesn't change and everything sucks 😂
😂 agree
It's a twist I'm excited to see for sure, if it does happen
FINALLY GONG YOO ON THESE INTERVIEWS
I really hope for Gi Hun to win and able to stop the games, even though this possible ending looks bleak and slim by chance, because evil will never triumph over good, that's what I fiercely believe in
When I finished the first season in 2021, I thought that another season was unnecessary and considered it a lazy cash-grab. I was proven wrong. Season 2 has some flaws but it adds more layer to the lore and world building. I hope that the final season would show us the origin or maybe a quick flashblack on previous games prior to the present.
We love JoYuri💕
if you dont feel like a camera is in front of the scene you know its good, thats what i felt for the entire season
Absolute Genius!
Director's explanation of why Inho has to go back playing the game was so good
“Clash of principles” sounds like chess to me
best tv show of all time
The man who gets shot and dies by Gong Yoo is a voice actor. He is the one who runs the game among the soldiers. ‘Welcome to the squid game!’ This is his voice.
wake up a new squid game behind the scenes video has been posted
I feel like inviting Gong Yoo to my house to have ramen with him ^^
"i know the death of jung bae will make gi hun go to his rock bottom, that's why i added him." LIKE BRO WTH
Never ever ever give up on what you believe in and what you can do ..please don't give up
This show is brilliant. Its like black mirror on steroids or something.
Gong Yoo acting 🔥💯💀
Please more behind the scenes especially with thanos and the rest of the new ppl
Love squid game ♥️
Gong yoo open He's Eye As a Died😂
It would have been much more powerful as a cliffhanger to let the frontman say the line and turn the screen pitch black with a gunshot sound instead…
Amazing sset of games there...
Damn this is deep
need asmr of the guard who gives the instructions / answers the phone
I need someone to explain the theories of Il-nam possibly being the father of In-ho and Gi Hun, also the theory of Gi Hun being the next frontman just because he also had the same issues as In-Ho when he was a player in the game.... uh my brain
very excited for s3
2:54 "recruiter's" plural, there may be more salesmen??????
I mean it has to be right? Its too much job for one person? I thought??
You really think Gong Yoo recruit 456 people by himself? 😂
@@auraya1604 if it’s a full time job, working 8hr+ a day year round then yes, and very much so taking into account how busy korean subway stations are, and each game of ddakgi maybe lasting around 10-15 mins, it’s not too far of a stretch.
Also gong yoo was a lunatic with a specialialty in successfully manipulating and recruiting players. this is his entire life and there’s nothing else to him. he loves (maybe not the right word to use) his work, i honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he had a very high success rate in recruiting players which is why they kept him for so long.
NOW, im ngl i hope this isn’t true and theres other recruiters, however im not sure this is the case since surely over 2 years of searching for the salesman, surely if there were others they would have been spotted at least once right? i mean they eventually found gong yoo with lower chances so why not?
anyway i rambled on enough, but each possibility can be true, after all it’s a show, anything can happen lol
finally gong yoo in a video
Gong yoo really did an amazing job in his role
We need Thanos.... interview
A few days ago, in Korean audience specialized interview, director said he regretted the casting of the actor who acted Thanos. He was a member of mega popular K-pop group but did marijuana, and by his behavior which didn't show regret, South Korean have disliked him. Director confessed he didn't know the singer has not forgiven by Korean public, and he said he would not cast the singer if he was to know that.
@lllqq134 ..but he is a good rapper and person....💙TOP ..🫶🌱
this is so cool
