Thank you so much for this wonderfull linguistic breakdown. A wonderful resource for Nigerians in the diaspora and for our non Nigerian friends who want to learn. I wish to connect if you are ever interested in working together on this amazing initiative
Thanks for your comment. I’ll be more than glad to connect.

Im beginning to see lots of similarities between the Nigerian pidgin and the Jamaican patua
I guess you'll see more in subsequent videos. Could you share some of the similarities you see please. Thanks in advance.
I am an English teacher and find these videos from this teacher quite insightful. Can someone do this to Jamaican Patua too?
@@englishteaching5895 hopefully someone comes up with something for Jamaicans 😃
Is it possible to write a proper book for these lessons? They're really good
Yes it is. As a matter of fact, I started writing one but I was swept off with other commitments. Who knows, I might revisit the idea in the future.
Come on make we parti everybody dey VIP Or Everybody be VIP ? Thx
Everibodi be VIP means everybody is important while Everibodi dey VIP means everybody is at the VIP spot. So, I guess the former is what you mean in your question since you’re referring to a party.
@@breakingdownnigerianpidgin1685 Thx broda 🙏🏽

how do you say what kind of massage do you like deep tissue soft or hard?
I said na wetin massage una like? 😅
Which kind massage you like? or Wetin be di kind of massage you like? ( This is when you’re addressing the question to one person. You can change the singular “you” to the plural “una” if the question is for more than one person.
