I just made it, it has come out really tasty. But it took me one hour 🤦🏽‍♀️
Maybe I didn't realise when the heat should be increased or decreased. I also used granulated sugar instead of caster sugar, maybe that's why it took longer to melt.
But I got there eventually and I'm glad with the results 😊

Sugar cannot make any difference, I think may be flour measurement or heat when it starts getting tick then turn the heat low and keep stirring because that is the time when it can burn easily.
