Great video!! As Mai said before she died, "to gain something you must offer something" is the concept of binding vow and how the world works, so there're definitely more binding vows that people just use subconsciously, especially Sukuna.
Binding Vows were never fully capitalized on, at least binding vows made with others. Binding vows with oneself only negate the positive effects gained, so not seeing that made sense, but it's really quite unfortunate we didn't see any failed binding vows between sorcerers
@ that's exactly my point though. if binding vows are just conditions you set for yourself to get a benefit, thats a whole lot less interesting than pacts made with others back in the shibuya and culling game arcs.
Probably because no one is stupid enough to try and break a binding vow made with somebody else. If _Sukuna_ wants none of that business, the repercussions must be _really freaking bad._
@ considering the girls who worked with kenjaku to get getos body back were stupid enough not to even know to MAKE a vow, that's not a good argument. There could have been extenuating circumstances that'd call for a vow break, that has unintended consequences much later down the line, but gege would rather just make it a buffing technique to his already bloated power system.
@daltoniospizza9175 It wouldn't have helped anyway. Binding vows between individuals have to be mutual. Note how even Sukuna, the so-called "binding vow merchant", ever tried to force one. He made the situation extremely unfair, but still.
Didn't Sukuna's domain already have a binding vow? As seen in the Shibuya arc the range of his domain is increased immensely, but made a barrier-less domain, allowing people to escape it.
@@Hungary_0987 yes, it's separate domain technique but there's still a binding vow, he can use both barrierless and barrier so he exchanged the barrier one for extra range, leaving him with only barrierless
“sukunas 5213rd binding vow”
Everyone having pretty straight forward binding vows, meanwhile Sukuna got me re-reading his shit.

Sukuna only won for as long as he did because of the vows he made though, id say thats pretty good capitalization

No, thats just a separate domain technique. No vow involved

Very cool use of Finzar's editing pack! I'm also getting used to using it as well. Very neat concise video.
3:22 re-boogie woogie is more fitting
