I call this a functional restoration - you didn't make it look the same as new, but you made it work again. I was most impressed by the way you replaced the bottom of the pot there. A metal beam is so useful with a mallet like that. Not easy and a lot of work, but you did it! Now go eat some rice :)

Restoration is only interesting if it is for 50 years plus old stuff. Many poor asian video makers create low quality vids like this one. I think they do add dust and mud on purpose to make it interesting.
