I strongly disagree about placing DHA to 1st position. It is shameful that the poor investors in DHA Valley and DHA Overseas after 15 years still have not got the possessions of their plots although they have paid their dues. It strongly denounce their management .

Dear yours info really appreciated but disagree with last few words about DHA are you sure no scandal what about DHA valley victims, FYI since 2008 we people’s those are living abroad we invested amount for good and bright future so far we couldn’t get plots and badly suffered, instead of DHA if we invested in other society like Gulbarg or Bahria can get good results. I’m sorry to say but DHA made us really disappointed. Shame on DHA

Brother kindly visit "Rehman enclave "" also. It is located on Lehtarar road, around one and half (1.5) KM from Khanna bridge. Its a very small housing society, approved by CDA. As per your criteria of accessibility, security and services, this society will find a good position in your list. WOULD LOVE TO KNOW YOUR OPINION. THANKS

DHA bahawalpur did fraudulent computer balloting. despite me fully paid off ,5 , one Kamal files, DHA bhwp allotted me all 5 worst possible locations. none of 5 files got any corner or facing park or wide 60,80,100,150,250 ft Road.
all 5 of my plots r on 40ft Road . hence price of my DHA bhwp never increased despite waiting 5 years. it's a Dead investment. Development Charges r sky high 2 million per 1kanal file. market demand nonexistent, corruption is sky high. DHA greed is never ending thus millions of files being flooded constantly in small bhwp city with low population, low purchasing power.
stay away from fraudulent DHA bahawalpur.

I converted from US $ to Pk Ruppees . now on last 5 years us dollars is doubled, pk rs lost most of its value. plus DHA files price stuck forever @29lakh per 1kanal files.

Actually DHA Valley is a joint venture of Bahria and DHA ....aur maxey ki baat hai...both are rated no 1 and 2
@@SajSajidmk 100% true. Once they know all files of a specific block/sector is sold to civilians. they stop development there, hence investment become dead. same happened in DHA Multan.

DHA is worst w.r.t access, this society is practically in Rawat. Its almost 30 KM away from Islamabad. Otherwise the society is excellent , there is no doubt in it.
