I just checked from CDA websites...on 13 janaury, 2021 decision from high court has come..NOC and LOP cancelled/withdrawn of park view city..you can check notification from CDA website

Would not recommend Park view as NOC is challenged and better to invest AGG and top city and CSC by the way like property nama very much.
I would still recommend it. I have plot there even I know the noc issue. If you have chance of visit Bahria Enclave which have no Noc and look at the development there

If CDA has no issues with the project then why CDA has suspended its NOC..please hv a look on cda website to see the notification of suspended NOC
