The interviewer asked great questions. Now, to the interviewee, I understand starting somewhere but it is possible to go to Dubai or any other country and get a big job even as Africans. We need to challenge this colonial mindset of Africans doing odd jobs even with high qualifications at hand. Self esteem and self concept is very important because how you feel about yourself and present yourself to the world is how they will receive you. If you have the skills or education as an African, go out there and dominate in your field. Stop undermining yourself. Believe in yourself and your capabilities, pray to God and go get the job you deserve because you are worthy. Your mindset dictates your movement. Posted with love.
Interestingly Indians do cleaner, driver, daily labor jobs all over the world. Maybe as you said colonial mindset. We just want to work for someone. Thatâs life goal
