Donkey Kong 64 Any% Tutorial(Intermediate)

I'm having trouble with this version of the FWG, sometimes when I click start on the screen menu of diddy racing, the game forces me to watch the intro story glitch. Any tips on how to avoid that?

Is this run outdated?
I'm just getting into running DK64 and I'm currently using this route. (Though I'm on Emulator, since I'm from Europe, so I got the PAL DK64 version)
Or should I say, is there a faster route out ? Because the new videos you uploaded kinda look like it.

There is a slightly faster route for 5 kong, this is a bit outdated but it's pretty much the basic route that you would use, with a couple of tweaks. But as you are on PAL some tricks will be harder/not work at all, such as swim through walls.
