    This is my favorit workout EVER. No other workout on TH-cam brings as much results in so little time. This is a non-fussy, simple yet effective, no BS, quick and brutal workout. I saw results in just two weeks and I'm getting better results every time I do it.

    In overcrowded gyms doing one after the other 4 sets is big problem;

    I was following the same workout myself as due to gym closures I am left with a barbell and weights.. combining multiple compound lifts help.burn calories in short time.

    Man what a great idea for your racks! I’m not sure I’d try to hold 500# on it, but that’s perfect for the average garage gym.

    This workout is my absolute favourite. I started doing this after my main workout. Gradually increasing my barbell and making notes. It’s excellent. I have a bench but not a squat holder thing.. I just lift the barbell up carefully! Love this workout 🏋️‍♀️

    I workout at home and dont have a bench. But I've been doing this workout 4 days a week with a 35kg total weight bar. I myself cant workout long (full time job/Dad) so this is ideal. Started off doing 4 rounds in 10 minutes Now doing 6.

    I love this ! I don’t have a stand for my barbell. But I have a bench. I have 2 barbells one loaded with total of 10 kilograms which I use for the overhead work and I have a heavier barbell loaded at total of 18 kilograms which I use for the bent over rows and the deadlifts. Just takes a bit of planning and setting up. But I love this. Did it today for the first time. 23 December 2021 - I am a 61 year old lady!,🤣😂😜thank you for this workout

      Close grip bench would target the triceps a bit more. They do touch the arms but just not as much (secondary targets)

    is the benchpress the same as bicep curls... I got an EZ curl barbell and i dont have a rack... im wondering if it basically targets the same muscles

    are your racks made from plumbing supplies?

      But he is not using very heavy weight. So if you plan on doing this, research the weight capacity - strength of the plumbing you will be working with. The barbell weighs about 45 lbs and the plates could weigh up to 25-30 lbs. They are bumper plates, not Iron plates. They are all the same diameter and the weight depends on the thickness of each plate. So make sure you understand these dynamics before you begin a build project.

      Accidently deleted my comment, long day sorry. I do the floor press at the moment, i'd love a bench or similar, but keeping an eye out for one as I only live in a small place. Others may have ideas for you. I know it isn't as great as the bench, but it is something :)

      Maybe every other day depending on the weight used! Listen to your body. If it feels it needs a rest or a certain muscle needs a rest give it time to recover

    You can do this in a commercial gym. Just grab a barbell and go for it.

      You can to a point, you won't get the full range of motion you would with a bench though. Also depending if you have something to prop it up a little with, if you go too heavy off the floor, you may struggle to do the initial lift up

      Military Press, or Standing Press. He is doing them with a Split Stance, but they can be done with both feet square.

      No. It's hiit cardio, it helps lose fat while it makes your metabolism increase.
      If you wanna get stronger, do bodybuilding and powerlifting.

    You could have cut two of them exercises out and just did powercleans

      The using simpler exercises allows those that don't have the proper technique for power cleans to be able to use this workout for good results.
