Both spinach pies are traditional. The simple one we call it just pie (pita) and for the swirling one we add the adjective "strifti" (twisted). For example my grandma does only strifti pies, e.g. with cheese, walnuts, or pumpkin.

These are turtles Caretta caretta, they always return to have their eggs in the sea national park of Zakynthos.
