Matt, hate to argue semantics, but Semapo did replicate gen 3 pants. On the real crye gen 3 trousers only the multicam original has continuous printed stretch panels. The quickest way to tell crye gen 2 from gen 3 is that the gen 3s have a flap inside the kneepad pocket and have zippered back pockets as well as a groin stretch panel. Good kit!

I got the very same pants, and unlike previous gens, these fitted more generous in the legs, very baggy, too much for my taste. I really liked the coloration, very similar to actual usgi m81 in 50/50 nyco, though the fabric feels softer than 50/50 nyco, more like 100% cotton. Semapo claims it's 50/50 nyco, hard to know, only time will tell with the colors and durability of it. Really loved the adjustment strips in the waist, but hated the bottons in the fly, they make it very difficult to put your stuff out to pee because the fly is shorter than in a bdu. Also, the legs are 2 inches shorter than the gen 2 multicam pants I own from Semapo. The reinforced butt is a detail I liked. If only they mixed the good things from the gen2 with this gen 3 it would be a better desing. They're expensive, but I liked them and recommend them. It is so far the best alternative to real m81 gen 3 for the buck. Emerson and TMC are cheaper, but they don't have that much nice materials.

I have recently got into airsoft and ive done 4 games using hire guns at my local registered UKARA site but now i`m waiting on the owner to give me a UKARA number but he keeps saying the site is down. He also said he could get me the rifle i want in but he is taking ages to arrange it and wants more than i can get it elsewhere. I want to order my gear online but cant until i get a UKARA number. I just want to start using my own gear so i can customize it and go to other sites.
I'm planning to get a new gun, but I can't decide between the mk 18 mod 1 or block 2, both by e&l. What do you think is the most versatile and that offers the best compromise?

The flap is designed to go over the knee pad. The idea is you tuck the full pad in and lift the flap covers it to stop it getting pulled out or caught on stuff, it also lets you run the internal pads instead. Just passing some knowledge
maybe in your pants, but in my replica pants that does not work.. it simply doesn't fit. Wonder if the flap fits over the kneepad with crye pants..anyone?

Semapo is good. Their old AOR1 combat sets used to be great. But their newest generation aor1 looks worse than TMC or Emerson aor1. Stay away from their new AOR1 stuff

Its a G3 cut. Crye M81 G3 pants doesn't have matching camo stretch material.
