Awesome video! As a middle-aged runner myself, it’s so inspiring to follow your journey towards breaking the 3-hour barrier! My marathon PB is 3:20, and watching your progress gives me hope and motivation to push myself even further. Keep up the great work, and I’ll be rooting for you all the way!
There is never any luck with running, it's all about putting the work in and getting the results you rightfully deserve. I can tell from just following you for a few months that you have the will power and the right attitude, it'll all be mental on the day but if you put the training in you'll be surpised what might happen, keep it up ☺☺ Thank you for the video
If you can keep it going, no injuries and get to the start you will be close. I missed a sub four at 50 years old on three runs a week, which was not enough plus only three 20 mile training runs, a pulled hammy and also due to the 28-30 degree heat in Edinburgh a few years ago just bad weather. Trying to get fit to do a bit more at 62. All the best. Stay motivated
I'll be following along for the journey - be great to see how you progress. Remember, its all about the journey, and trust the process. Its a big jump, but 33 weeks is a long time in terms of fitness progress....

You stay motivated too 👍
Good luck! I am also going for a sub 3 in April (Brighton Marathon). I started running again in April, and I was hitting similar park run times,
Good luck with everything. I hope all goes well 👍

Thank you 👍
You did 24:15 in 5k?
You seem like a very delusional office based non runner. If you do achieve that in a year I'll be very surprised..... & impressed. But I doubt it. 🤔
Thanks for the feedback. Let’s see! Watch this space…
