Fais means the "Kris", a dagger and bladed weapon of the Blaan tribe before. As per Jessie, the meaning of the song is the husband commited a mistake & he's courting his wife where he will give her fais.
La Mifal Mahin means that don't cross the sea.
Our weekend in Banc House in the slope of Mt. Matutum is so much fun and adventure. We met Jessie Gan and his son JR Gan from Blaan tribe, they showed us their cultural talent. Jessie is expert in playing Faglung, a #Blaan two string lute (guitar).
