Heyy thanks for checking out the video!! The answer is yes, walleye is considered one of the best eating freshwater fish so much so that they are almost overharvested in this state! On this particular lake they must be 18" to keep however so many people keep them that it is very hard to get a limit of keeper walleye, let alone 1 fish over 18"! Selective harvest is truly an issue in this state especially with such a large population we must always be selective with our take and especially when catching large or trophy size fish you should always consider release to ensure strong and healthy genetics for the fishery!🎣🎣🎣
