Do you know where to find a 100% explored ProMods save game? All the ones I found so far are either incompatible or don't have Kirkenes unlocked.. bummer
Not sure about that. I guess it's hard to do that with the constant updates to both the game and the map mods. Plus, Promods itself is quite big in itself and they make small changes to the map every now and then so it might be hard to find one.

Y you only drive in quarry
It's the Calais Duisburg of the promods server. I like it better when there are other players around.
