im not very sure, i also saw this video without knowing anything of this project before. but this is my guess: reaper is a daw very different to fruity loops, also, one characteristic of reaper is that you can change the code of the daw for modifying it or adding more things, so i guess he is adding features of fl studio to reaper

Making video is not best part of my personality :) Generally, this is configuration for Reaper DAW with: - fl studio shortcuts (not all of them, but almost) - play by your laptop keyboard with just one script - midi editor fls-like features - media explorer navigation - other useful things You can read more about it on official forum thread - I"ve added the link to description of this teaser.
As someone who uses both FL and Reaper, I am so confused. Would love to see more context as to what I'm actually looking at.
