Thanks for the tutorial. I picked up fl fruity edition because I like some stock sounds/features and love the piano roll but just love reaper for everything else so this will improve my workflow so much
i really love this, I have been waiting for this video for so long, why did you take this long to do this videos?, I wish i could use logic pro x inside of reaper too
Thanks for the video. I downloaded Iota Mini, and I was wondering if you knew how to access the hidden ADSR features in that VST? The demo video on the Angel Vibe site says you can adjust the sustain level of a sound, but my version of the plugin doesn't look exactly the same as on the site video.
PDC delay buffer precount is probably why it is slow sort of a plugin latency thing may try turning on PDC sample silence erase in fl studio general settings. It may not be that but it may be that. May be a fixed vs non fixed buffer thing. This is sort of a latency issue also make sure your latency settings in fl studio are set as low as possible and offset your samples by the amount of the latency adding a bit of silence at the start of your project and adjusting it in reaper will probably fix this completely for you but I think it is just a latency issue on your system. The setting is called PDC trim PDC silence. ALSO there is an "External sync" in the midi settings not sure if it has anything to do with that. Anyway might be this might not be it but it 100% seems like it is a audio playback latency. Offsetting and trimming that latency should clean up the playback like using a precount.
Yea it's just the vsti it's buggy... I think they did that on purpose to make you not use it.. 😂... It's the only vst that does that not 100% sure why...
The only DAWs I know that do this is FL, MPC Beats and Reason they have the rack that you can use in other DAWs other than that I don't think the other do this... It's cool but messes with my work flow but so many asked for this video I wanted to show how to use it. Thanks for the comment...😀🙏🏾
@@learningreaper yeah I can see why it would slow the workflow. I use the reason rack on reaper already. Big fan of the reason synths like the subtractor. There’s nothing on FL what’s worth using apart from its piano roll maybe imo.
cool to know. If you actually own FL...but I wonder with the price tag if using Reason rack would be more fun then FL. Tha odd thing now you do get more option with the reason+ sub then a full license, so atm I am skipping all that. Probably still going on vcv pro when its on sale.

That's what's up... At least you will get to save your setting that way you can create templates ... Good luck...😀🙏🏾
Thanks Big Smoke
😀🙏🏾
Using fl and mpc in reaper is a boom love using those two tools in reaper
Yea those are pretty good vsts for sure ... Thanks for the comment...😀🙏🏾

I wish I had a Mac at times... 😂... I would definitely be trying to use logic not sure how the vsti works on a mac... Thanks for the comment...😀🙏🏾
It's very useful
Thank you
Thanks for watching...😀🙏🏾
This is good..... I have been trying to do this for a while
That's what's up glad you got something out of the video...😀🙏🏾

I have not seen anything like that with iota mini... No adsr feature that I have seen on the vst

Thank you for making this video first I’ve seen of using a daw inside a daw really interesting stuff. Can I use abelton or bitwig inside reaper?

I'm sure the reason rack is 10 times better than FL .... I would definitely go with that but I can't do the subscription for my DAW or plugins... 😂
god no
😂
