I kind of agree, everyone these days wants to give and take an opinion on EVERYTHING. Probably a pretty rough gig for the poor translator: Mayer's using technical terms that the guy has never heard before, and while Meyer's own English is good it's not native-speaker perfect either ... but he talks very fast.

Yeah he was referring to Deantoni Parks who was playing later that night. Parks is a drummer/keyboardist who plays really trippy stuff.
