1.Starting problem is not with the engine, your clutch lever has bent and we can clearly see in the video. Change the levers and it'll start perfectly..2. clean the injectors, and throttle body. Because of our indian weather conditions dusts paraticals enter through air filter, and the petrol quality sold here isn't good. So dust in petrol blocks the injectors.
I used to face the same issue with my D4 and I did these things myself. Now it's perfect.
And also in city condition be in a right gear so engine runs smoothly. If your in 4th or 5th gear and your going at speed of 35-40. Engine will stall/ cut off. So be in a right gear.these are high performance engines, and they require the right gears and right speed to run smoothly.

Gaadi k meter console ko poori tarah se load hone dena chahiye tb start krna chahiye, yeh meri Duke 200 BS6 mein bhi shuruat mein hota tha kyoki main immediately start kr deta tha pr jaise jaise smjh aaya main meter console load hone k baad hi start krta hu ur aisi problem nhi aati ur toh ur KTM mein khasiyat yeh rehti hai ki kbhi kabar jb aap switch on krte ho toh beech beech mein band headlight apne aap jalne lgti hai yeh ek problem nhi hai blki indication hota hai ki aap ek baar phir se switch off krke on kro wrna gaadi bnd ho skti hai ur mere khyal se yeh accha system hai! Yeh krke dekho solve ho jana chahiye ur phir bhi na ho toh service center jao!

I am using kawasaki ninja h2r and ktm 200 bs6 but I like the ktm most.
1st= mobile holder is not any part of your bike.
2nd= your clutch got loose so tite it.its common to all bike.
3rd= Metre got loose.
4rth= mobeele down do. And clean your air filter.
5th= same(4rth)

Bro jb bhi ap esi bikes lo to kbhi bhi esi modifications mt karao jaise mobile holder vagera ye bikes bina modifications ke hi achi lgti h
200c KTM engine has high compression so you have to keep it above 3000rpm at all times because the fuel map doesn't have enough ratio for lower rpms hence bike will turn off.
Your clutch lever issue can be sorted by clutch cable tightening.
