Ha use kar sakte ho bhai... Par 10w40 bhi acha he 70-75kmph tak.... Or sasta bhi padta he 10w40.....10w50 bohot mehnga he fayda nhi dalneka.... Pehle tum 10w40 use karo agar vo bi sufficient nhi laga to 20w40 use karo kyo ki 20w40 or 10w50 ki high temp viscosity similar he... Agar vo bi nhi acha laga tohi10w50 try kro.... winter me 20w40 problem de sakta he tum kaha rehte ho uspar depend karta he 20w40.... mene mene bohot research and experiment kiye he different bikes tabi suggestions de rha hu bina tension ke 10w40 use karo

Yes castrol power 1 ultimate is a good engine oil you can use grade 10w40 in your MT15 .Replace the engine oil after 4000-5000km for better performance.
Probably like 4 to 5k kms. But do check the oil level aftr 3k kms
