You need to to do a fuel pump reset every time you do a fuel filter replacement this will give you better fuel economy and help save you money in future parts ie Injectors, and fuel cost's.

Had a customer D40 2.5 fuel pump fail really badly, and lock the engine, so I couldn't time it up properly before disassembly.
When I finally got it all stripped I found the pump shaft keyway broken, and the drive flange keyway destroyed!

Un mécanicien a changé les guides chaine de mon Pathfinder 2007. Depuis il ne démarre plus, et de la fumée qui sent le gas-oil vient du filtre à air... Je vous tiens au courant.

Is there just the *one* alignment hole option for the balance shaft?
i.e. if you get the tool back in the hole (you know whats happened!!!) is it going the be the correct hole?

I was reading in my workshop manual for the balance shaft gear, and it says that if the internal mechanism disengages it will prohibit the balancer from being reusable. Have you heard anything about this?

Hi I have this same issue with a navara I'm working on would like to get the engine out so I can do this but I'm having an issue with locating the torque converter bolts it's an automatic navara do I have to drop the transmission to take the engine out ?
Can you explain why my 2007 d40 has this balancer but my other car 2007 d22 doesn't have this balancer???
Hi mate. i not long got a interstar 2.5cdi. 2005 van. the guy i got van off as had engine rebuilt think he put it back together himself. thing i need to ask is i took it for mot last week and the guy at garage said he thinks the balance shaft timming might be out or the belt timming as i throught it was bottom crank pully. reason i got a bit of a shack on tick over or when i rev the van. any help would be great. itsva shame you are far away or i would have popped to you.
Hi any yd25 engine out from 2006 nissan navara is running with out balance shaft?
i have had the balance shaft gear come off and it broke the sump. can the gear put back on no keyway on it so is it only press fit. any advise welcomed cheers guys
hi nissan pathfinder 2008 150k no cam chain changed as i no of ie have lots of service records none mention it how much would it cost for me to bring motor to you for new chain and while engine out clutch
A pesar que no entendí tu idioma, pués igual me fue muy útil?, Pués tratándose de un balanceador tendría que tener los puntos de montaje, muchas gracias por el vídeo.
Los tiene , pero en la parte trasera tienes que sacar el motor y la caja balanceadora para ponerlos pero uno quiere hacerlo sin sacar el motor .. esta bastante claro que es lo ideal para no correr ningun riesgo

Snapped a valve. So rebuilding the engine an it’s only got a simplex chain an thinking of goin duplex chain an been watching your videos an none really state how to reset the fuel pump timing after u remove the sprocket or the pump

The fuel pump is still mounted to the block have only removed the spocket to take chain off
