Sir, I am from Electronics and telecommunication branch, do I need to focus on system designs and other CS subjects?
If you are not interested in EC semiconductor subjects than go for CS software learn coding otherwise in core semiconductor company like intel ,TI ,qualcomm ,AMD ,NVIDIA prefers Mtech guys research oriented from IIT/IISC VLSI or top NIT VLSI where average placements is good.
