You can only imagine the pittance these ladies earn for their work …
Looks like the incen (smell part) is made of chemicals from cans - that's totally broke the waitings of aroma from india. If it's so, so what we see here - cheap cost workers making chemical, and what is great in it? I like incen of satya blends, but guess that essential oils, resins (like myrrh, frankincense), wood (sandal, palo santo) - would be the right choice.
Anyone knows, from what smell part is made, is it natural or not?
This really concerns me badly either

It seems to me they have steady work at a reputable company that has a long history for making a product that makes the whole world smell heavenly. As to health care and wages I cannot say but having a steady job in so much of the world is the best one can hope for.
