- DRC President Felix Tshisekedi was expected to meet with his Rwandan
counterpart, Paul Kagame, over the raging conflict in DRC.
An emergency summit has been convened by Kenyan President William
Ruto, under the East African Community bloc.
The meeting is expected to address security issues and the
humanitarian crisis in Goma.

Thanks for hosting, South Africa army force leaders always take the decision without first have the analysis. Remember Cabo Delgado in Mozambique conflicts now the same conflict on the DRC issues. It’s like they also don't have accurate information of the root cause of the Eastern DRC conflict. I think the South African or SADC leaders didn't deeply analyze the problem before they went to support DRC government and FDRL Genocidaires and at the same time think of the impact that will happen once the M23 defeats all coalitions. Now after the loose SA and allies are getting angry to Rwandan government which is another problem from the shame of losing the game. DRC is carrying a dead hyena of FDRL and wants that hyena body to be shared with other SADC members.

As Thsisekedi and his genocidal regime insist on having talks with Rwanda about the internal disputes with their country men and do not wish to talk to M23 with whom they have grievances, he should not expect M23 to respect what comes out of talks part of which they are not.

Dr Makhubela is talking about things with NO facts, also without knowledge with the history of DR Congo.
Firstly , he need to be lectured on 1941 - 1960"Production of goods and minerals is greatly increased to finance Belgian efforts in World War II. Large-scale social and economic changes occur as many rural Africans relocate to urban areas. Demands for political reforms grow. Many Rwandan are brought into the Kivu region by Belgians to work the fertile soil. Banyarwanda had been in Congo already since the arbitrary drawing up of borders by the colonial powers did not take into account traditional ethnic divisions."
Banyarwanda are not originated from DRC, they were brought to come and work and look after cattle's in DR Congo.
DRC was once Congo Belge, which is Congo, Burundi and Rwanda with one currency. The borders were there since 1941 after the World War II.
Congolese have been living with Banyarwanda in the East of DRC in places like UVIRA (Haut Plateaux) Moba, Vyura, Masisi and the rest of East of DRC. During the Mulele war, Banyarwaranda were again directly involved in the war in the East of DRC.
CAUSE OF DRC WAR during the time of Mobutu, it was after the Genocide of Rwanda in 1994, majority of refugee fled to DRC to seek for protection. Before the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, we never had any tribe of ethnicity called Banyamulenge. First, what is Mulenge? "Mulenge is a village encircled by hills in the Kigoma groupement (grouping), within Bafuliiru Chiefdom, located in the Uvira Territory, South Kivu, in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is situated on the high plateaus of the Itombwe massif, overlooking the locality of Uvira. The area has conventionally been inhabited by various ethnic groups, including the remnants of the autochthonous population of African Pygmies, as well as Bantu ethnic groups such as the Mbuti, Fuliiru, and Nyindu.[1][2][3] The region boasts high agricultural productivity, with two harvests typically achievable each year." We do not recognized Banyamulenge, because mulenge belong tu Bafuliru, Bashi, Banyindu, Babembe. Where did Dr Makhubela get this narrative of Banyamulenge from? If is not all about buying stories without facts? Do we acknowledge Banyrwanda speaking people being Congolese? Yes, but they cannot claim villages and territories and named then after their names. I can not come to South Africa, and claim citizenship and thereafter named village or town to be MUKONGO and start taking lands in KwaZulu Natal or Eastern Cape. I can have nationality but not claiming both my language and ethnicity to be enforced as part South Africa.
Let me go back to 1996 civil war in Zaire, Rwanda with the support of Kenya, Burundi, Ethiopia, Uganda, Somalia, Sudan Nilotics or Tutsi for my readers to understand (The Nilotic people are a group of indigenous people who live in East Africa and South Sudan, and speak Nilotic languages) came with Laurent Desire Kabila to fight Mobutu, because the Rwanda government fear of the Hutus returning back to Rwanda after the killing of ABYARIMA former president of RWANDA whom, they assassinated and the man behind it was Paul Kagame and caused the Genocide in Rwanda. Banyarwanda living in Zaire at that time with the instruction of Kigali start organizing groups in Zaire to fight. Then Congolese(Zaire) president Mobutu called them to leave DRC.
Just for a record, before 1996 civil war, WE DID NOT HAVE BANYAMULENGE in Zaire, we used to call them Batusi or Banywarwanda. After, the direct involvement of Rwanda in the war in Zaire, the Banywarwanda speaking start forcing to become Banyamulenge. Mulenge does not belong to one ethnicity as mentioned above.
Resolution was taken by UN to acknowledged Banyarwanda speaking people to be come Congolese, and the government of DRC was forced to accept them.
The support of EAC toward Rwanda and M23, is what Government of DR Congo is facing now. Uganda, Rwanda military have the direct involved in this war, however, Kenya has political involvement in support of Rwanda.
Everything has expiring time, No President was more powerful or loved by western more than Mobutu former president of Zaire(DRC). Same will happen to Paul Kagame.
If this war is not stopped, it will be a regional war. Because each country have chosen it side. We know the stand of South Africa, Burundi, Malawi, Angola. Also, we know the stand of Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda.
So, STOP spreading force narrative to millions of views.

Your nararative is totally misleading. Kinyarwanda speaking people are everywhere in the great lakes and this didn't start by colonial masters, but it used to be that before formal country boundaries, kinyarwanda speaking people were in Rwanda, Burundi, parts of South west of Uganda (Kisoro), Ntungamo, and ....parts of Eastern DRC, western Tanzania and Burundi speak Kinyarwanda as well. The fact that fixing country boundaries some people found themselves on the other side of the Borders... like what happened in South and North Korea. The solution to this, is to allow people living peacefully where they found themselves. If you followed or you can follow Congolese army interviews FRDC most of them were speaking Kinyarwanda as well and with notorious Rwandans names.... can you say Banyarwanda were fighting other banyarwanda? No Eastern DRC speaks Kinyarwanda and those people are Congolese not Rwandans, because speaking a language does not make someone a citizen of a country.

The only way and viable for that matter is for African countries to force a dialogue between the DRC government and M23. Otherwise trying anything militarily will still be a waste of time resources and in the end cause alot of harm.
