someone correct me if im wrong but i think tainted eden used to deplete item pools really fast bc it would count whatever items you rerolled into as being "seen" so you couldnt get them again. so like. if you got hit enough youd just breakfast your build
@@artificialexecution I think it was that if you generate items on the floor, but not pick them up, and then later pick up an item from like a devil room, and you picked up all your left behind items, they would all count as devil room items, and would reroll into devil room items, because the game just looked at which type of room generated last an item
To simple put, Tainted Eden could force items to reroll into other pools. Like, force all items in a floor you didn't pick up to reroll into angel items if the last item you saw was from the angel pool, and so on Now the reroll is not based on last item SPAWNED, but the last item you SAW, so in this case, every time you see a item, you change your pool of rerolls into that pool, like it should.
I think chat did a great job at explaining it..! So if you went in to rooms that have items and left them alone until you reached the Devil Deal / Angel deal What you could do is take the Deal item then take everything else(Needs to be seen first can't be found after the Deal) Every item now counts as a Deal item. I'm bad at explaing :(
