I've used this recipe several times, and it is so delicious. Sadly I can't get fresh rose petals too easily so I opt for rehydrating dried rose petals, which I thought might not have ended well, but to my surprise, the rose comes through the jam in such a lovely, sweet and fragrant way.
Thats nice to know! thanks for sharing. Not many people find it easily as you say.
I have never heard of rose jam before! That’s really interesting, and looks so beautiful and vibrant. Really cool. Hope I can try it some day.
Excellent Recipe and Excellent Demonstration. Thank You💗 ♡♡♡

I always love to eat rose jam whenever I am in Turkey...such lovely memories. Would love to try to make it. Thank you for this. May Allah SWT bless you
I wish we had this in the UK! This sounds incredible, I'd love to have this as a jam filling for sponge cake 😊 for a summery afternoon tea or something!
There is a store in London that sells those jams I just lost the store's name but if you Google you are able to find.
You can surely find Indian rose petal jam in the UK, which is called "gulkand" and is much healthier because the petals are "sun-cooked" not boiled. But they are too expensive.
Just make it 👍
Türkish shops sell it but too sweet for me. I'd rather make my own😂
That's a lot of effort! Looks lovely!! The color looks beautiful!
'tesukker ederim aysenur. I liked this recipe, I hv had rose in food previously but not in jam form. I can't wait to try this recipe. We use rose petals of dried roses, in kebabs, n pilaf, biryani & some gravies too. God bless.
