Bread Rolls Recipe :
Ingredients:
Chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbs
black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Paprika powder ¼ tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
Cheese grated as required
Salt ¼ tsp
Bread crumbs grinded 1 cup
Eggs 3
Salt ¼ tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Bread slices 10-12
Cooking oil for frying
Method
-in a bowl, add chicken, mayonnaise, black pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili powder, capsicum, cheddar and mix well.
-add salt, mix well & set aside.
-in a bowl, add eggs, salt, mixed herbs, mix well & set aside.
-on the working surface, place bread slices cut the edges with a knife and roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-wet the edges with water and add filling in the center, roll out & seal the edges.
-now dip into beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs (makes 10-12).
-can be frozen for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
-in a wok, heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.
-Grease the baking tray with oil, place bread rolls, and grease it with oil.
-bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 10-12 minutes.
