They also have a spark arrestor baffle for the oval mufflers. I have the same system on my crf250l. Had the twin 14" ovals on my old 919 for 25000 miles and they still looked new when I sold it. I don't think you'll ever be disappointed.
Thanks...this is the best video on how to fit a Delkevic to a Himalayan. That down pipe end mounting bracket has been the biggest mystery for many of us (including Delkevic when I rang them!) You should send this to them as they don't do a fitting video/guide. Well done and thanks again!👍
Appreciate that Paul! I was going to do a video of me actually installing it but I was guilty of being in a hurry that day. Thanks for the kind words. I'm still really enjoying this exhaust!
@@PSBEadventures Hi again. I hope you dont mind but I sent a link to Delkevic myself as they had mailed me in reply to a mail I sent about the mounting. Thanks again!
Does this exhaust require any mapping? I have the 2022 Himalayan and it’s fuel injected and I was wondering about this exhaust leaning the engine out too much!
As far as I can tell no. The o2 should do the trick and adjust accordingly. I would recommend setting the tps to .69v though. I may do a video on doing that. I haven't done it yet but a royal enfield technician told me he's done it to several and it fixed stalling and cold starts.

@@paulnorton497 not at all. Much appreciated!
Sounds great! Looking at getting an 18” oval on Black Friday. Thanks
Sounds real good!
Love the RE!
I have to say, it's not bad!
Nice overview. Thanks for sharing. (New Subscriber!)
Greatly appreciated, thanks for the kind words!
Hey friend, is this with the baffles in?
Hi Debbie, I'm assuming so. This is as ordered straight from Delkevic

do the hard cases still fit with exhaust on?
Not sure about that. I run soft panniers on this one
Should do as it’s shorter than the stock exhaust.
Very nice! Now you gotta work on building a small turbo kit 😉
