Great question! In an adjective clause "where" = in/at/on location. For example, "She moved to a new house which/that once had a swimming pool" (that/which = the house) "She moved to a new house where a swimming pool once existed" = A swimming pool once existed IN AT THE HOUSE (PREPOSITIONAL PHRASE).
There are very few situations you would see "very" lead into "that". For example, you could say, "He is very tall AND/SO THAT helps him slam dunk." Could you give me an example sentence that you were thinking of and I'll have a better understanding. Thanks for the request!
