Thanks for the video, glad it also has the reservoir removal instructions. One thing that may be helpful for people to know: Once the pump is disassembled to the point shown on the video it is relatively easy to pull the silver motor housing out from the black base. This will allow you to rotate the shaft end directly if it got corroded (mine was rusted tight). I did get it up and running again by rotating the shaft with a pair of pliers to loosen it up. There is a tiny seal in there that gets old and slowly lets fluid in I guess. Be careful taking the motor out of the lower section because that little round rubber seal may fall on the floor.
Thank you so so much for sharing. It worked on mine too. My pump is different (solid) no way to pry open. I sawed of the top and tear it down to get into body. filled it with WD40 and spin the spinning thing inside until it spins freely. Put everything back, tape with electrical tape and works perfect.. thank you, thank you
Hey there, i have a problem on my connector washerpump, and im wadering what is the name of the pin connector on bmw e36 wahserpump?, mine's broken so i gotta find that pin connector to fix it so i can use the wiper
