The first date scene had me so close to throwing this book in the trash, but the little Caesar moment afterwards had me laughing so hard. I enjoyed this book a lot overall and I'm glad I stuck it out.
Vile, disgusting, and totally amazing. There was a certain poetic beauty to the narrative that softened the brutality of the material. After hearing about this work from numerous sources and how many of them couldn't finish it, that's what made me decide to check it out. Call me jaded, but I didn't have the reaction so many others had, and it made me question if I was dead inside.
This book... What can I say about this book... Um... How about I just say this; this is a book that was written and it has grotesque content in it that will captivate and gross you out. Yeah, gross book for sure. Although, I may read more by this author one day. But yeah... lol!

Thank you! It was totally a kick in the goods!
Glad to be here first, @bookwormofthedamned! Btw, drawing my book cover for "Cathead", which is about animal-human hybrids.
Too awesome! Keep it up!
Better you than me 😄! This is totally not my type of horror and I won't ever pick it up, but I'm glad you got something out of reading it.

😆 I went in blind. All I knew was it was about a cannibal who fell in love with a necrophile. The rest was a complete surprise.
Ummm, I loved it. It was well written and paced. The chatacters had their own voices. The relationship seemed real, and I was engrossed. Nice surprise
Agreed. And I was so ignorant to the twist until it happened.
Wait he reinacted that scene!!! 😮😮😮 ummmmm wow
He totally did. Tbh, I wish I could have been there.
