I am 80 years old, grew up with film music 50s and 60s moved to USA. I am trying to understand and follow rags on which film songs and gazals are based. Your video was perfect for me to understand rag with examples from film songs ass well as finer details of Rag, its flavor and chalan. Just Awesome, enjoyed it. I will highly recomend it to people like me who wants to go beyond lyrics and simple tune.

I opine you can also suggest some master piece rendering of great musicians like raag boop by Great Kishori Amonkar ji or Rajan Saajan Mishra ji and Raag Bhoop by Pt.Hariprasad Chaurasiya ji and so on and can even explain what they have rendered so that music lovers can understand what is so special about these great musicians in their music.
