Is possibility to set up a few time-to-live (with different expiration time) in application.properties? for example I have 2 caches in my app: customer and merchant. First would like to expiry in 5 minutes and secont in 24 hours?

what if i want to use redis cache on external database hosted online without having repository in my local system.

It's still a caching layer on top of the external DB..only thing you need to plan is the cache refresh
