I am the ground works project manager on the Higham Northampton Academy site - thanks for the videos, they are very interesting.
To answer a question - the large area to the East of the construction works will eventually be a number of sports pitches and an athletics track.

Very informative thanks. Another idea for you might be the “ghost houses” on the site of the former A5 Aquatics. They are all built but can’t be lived in as no access from A5. This has gone on for over a year. They are called Meadowcroft Farm

Great video but don’t know how you can say that the public footpath from Higham Lane to Wedding Road is well used. It’s really over grown at the Weddington Road End and clearly underused.
