My name is Michael Lee from Malaysia. Sougayilang reel and fishing rod is indeed not bad which I too have bought and been using. They are quite tough and can handle big fish too.
Sougayilang is all I have bought for last 6 years. Had a couple lemons but have 8-10 more that work great. Some get surface rust but even with the rust, throw on some oil, they work better than some of my $100 reels. I'm going to send you an e-mail.
Yeah, I'm not saying they are good. They have plastic bearings and once I upgrade the bearings they will cost a bit less than an average budget reel. I really just ordered them for fun to mess around and I'll give them away to local youth.
Yes, I know that and never claimed that they were good or would last a long time. But they do work. I'm just having fun. I have many high quality reels, more than a man could need. Thanks for your input.
Would you fish with this $12 reel? If so, what would you target?

Cheap reels are like Casio, you buy them, you use them, it breaks, you buy new one.
Right! So true. I may never even use these. I'll probably give them away to local kids.

Sweet! I'm not planning on buying them regularly but it's fun to mess around with new reels.
Dude I just got a new bait caster off temu for under $20. It works pretty good. I was surprised.
@@F-N-C that's fun! I normally. Use ali express. I hope it works good for you!
Interesting idea. The bearings I upgraded my Vanford C2000S from Japan with cost more than those reels. Hmmmmmmmm.

Grand kids 3boys good reel for them 👏
Exactly! I will probably service these and give them to local youth.
My reels last many years. Those cheapies will not. Their plating, gearing, bearings, tolerances are all leading up to failure.
