I'm totally ok with moving on from Ferraro. Trade him and get whatever you can for him. He's definitely not worth a 1st round pick but I would say trade him for a younger, bigger, right shot d-man. Keeping him on this team does NOT help us. He is not good defensively and is on the ice more often than not when we get scored on. Yeah, he blocks shots (because we don't have the puck when he is on the ice) but he should be worried about clearing the front of the net and let our goalie stop the shot instead of screening him. Trade him.
No thank you. Don't subtract the most steady piece of the d corps when it needs the most work. Unless you're adding a veteran right-hand mythical unicorn of a stud. At a certain point in a rebuild you have to suck it up and admit there aren't many interesting pieces left to sell off.
I agree that there are more trades incoming, but I believe there will be acquisitions as well. IMO GMMG will use his 18 million of cap space to acquire more assets. It will be interesting to see who is moved, but GMMG stated, they have what they are willing to accept to acquire Sharks players that they are willing to move. If no other team matches the price, none will be moved. If they do then they will. What we think a player is worth is not what other GMs and more importantly what value GMMG has for them. Same goes for other teams prospects. Who saw Kovalenko coming? And how many people were upset we got Zetterlund in the Timo trade. I am excited to see what moves are made in the coming weeks. Picks, players, who knows?
I see Ferraro going to Tampa or Toronto. Toronto would be interesting for him or Kunin. I’d be interested in getting Robertson back to see if he meshes
Ferraro is an all time Shark, team loyal and still young. They need him to start winning again. It will be so much harder to put it all together if they have to panic buy later.
Did this guy really say Ferraro for Ritchie?? The Avs laugh and hang up the phone lol

I still can't believe that he got rid of blackwood
Rather trade Ferraro for another 2nd round pick then trade the Stars’ 1st round pick for Simon Nemec in the off-season.
Yea i dont know if Ferraro is worth that much
Yeah, maybe Ferraro and a 2nd, or packaged with something else but I doubt Ferraro gets a 1st straight up
26 year old defenseman that can play 20+ min and lead teams in shot blocking is more valuable then you think
@@hockeyfreak92495 Top 5 in shot blocks per game the last 4 seasons (minimum 100 games played)

I hope we don't give up Mario personally we need to keep some veterans for the young kids. But if he moves I won't be surprised
Good D prospect please 🙏

Everyone was upset we got zetterlund at the time of the trade lol
NOPE. Lucky to get a 6th rounder for Ferraro. We all like him, but he's terrible.
Ryan Lindgren for Ferraro
I 'd take Richie for Ferraro.

Don’t trade Ferraro unless we get a 1st rounder (player or pick).
what has ferraro done to show he’s worth a 1st in return?
@ Ferraro is a solid Dman on a third pair. The problem is we are playing him on the 1st pair. He’s supposed to get 18m/game not 23min/game.
@@mrcawta … and I didn’t say he’s worthing a 1st rounder. I said if nobody wants to pay a 1st rounder, let’s keep him.
You're too wound up. Relax.

Bad manager bad trades, Sharks keep losing
Trash take. What makes you think he’s a bad manager?
